Easy to self check in, room was ready early, very clean and very cute. We met one person when we arrived and he was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend!

Spannort is brilliantly located and on the whole the facilities are great. We loved that everyone is so relaxed and friendly, you can cook in the communal kitchen and that everything is so clean.
Our mattress was a bit dipped in the middle, which made it uncomfortable. The rooms would also benefit hugely from some hooks in the hall and/or main room to hang things on, and some shelves instead of just hanging space would be more convenient.

Centrally located, handy for the shops, train station and ski bus stop but peaceful, warm and welcoming. the communal kitchen worked really well - you have your own fridge compartment and a basket to keep other foods in. Well equipped kitchen including toaster, 2 ovens, 2 sinks and a dishwasher that only takes 2 minutes! Nice seating areas, tea and coffee making at 2 CHF each, and cake and biscuits left out each day. Our room was warm and quiet, functional and modern in a nice way. There's also a spacious ski storage room and a left luggage room. Everything is dealt with through the app, including the key to your room.
As a couple We found it best to wait until the familiies with kids had eaten before we prepared our own supper
