Great experience

Check-in process ran flawlessly and smoothly, opening the doors and enabling the lift using the aapplication was great. I also print a key, no issue there either. Room clean and very quiet. In general great experience.

Too many email before the arrival, led to some initial confusion, the app was not straight forward found. And the check-out could be enabled also earlier than 7 am. I had to leave before 6 am and beacase the check-out is available only between 7 and 10 am I had to remember to do it later while I as traveling. I had tried the evening before to contact the reception for this, no luck.

Sauber und gute Lage

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut schlecht, außerdem hat der Check-in nicht funktioniert, so dass ich erst eine Stunde lang (!!!) rum telefonieren musste.

Modern, sauber und gut gelegen - perfektes Businesshotel für Reisende

Das Self Check-in Brix in Rothkreuz ist ein modernes und sehr praktisch konzipiertes Hotel. Der gesamte Ablauf erfolgt per App, was den Check-in unkompliziert und zeitsparend macht. Für Gäste, die mit moderner Technik vertraut sind, funktioniert das System absolut reibungslos. Wer jedoch weniger technikaffin ist, könnte beim Einchecken anfangs Schwierigkeiten haben. Andere Gäste hatten Schwierigkeiten beim öffnen des Liftes. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für unserem Geschmack etwas zu dunkel. Sie bieten jedoch alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten, in denen wir ausgezeichnet geschlafen haben. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr modern und gepflegt. Auch Duschmittel und Shampoo stand zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist vor allem für Durchreisende sehr praktisch, da das Hotel gut erreichbar ist und eine unkomplizierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bietet. Luxus darf man hier nicht erwarten, aber wer eine saubere, moderne und effiziente Unterkunft sucht, ist im Brix genau richtig. Parkieren kann man direkt in der grosszügigen Tiefgarage und gelangt von da direkt ins Hotel. Die Parkgebühr muss separat bezahlt werden. Auf Fragen zur Unterkunft wird sehr zeitnah freundlich geantwortet. Wer persönliche Betreuung oder besonderen Komfort erwartet, ist hier weniger richtig – das Konzept ist klar auf Selbstständigkeit und Funktionalität ausgelegt. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für Reisende, die Wert auf einfache Abläufe, Sauberkeit und Effizienz legen.

Das Self Check in hat super funktioniert und war sehr schnell. Mega praktisch da wir erst in der Nacht ankamen. Kein lästiges warten an der Reception. Auch nicht für den Check Out. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber.

Angenehm und Business like

Das Zimmer war sauber und bequem, ruhig, und alles war ausreichend. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass wir im der Snackzone eigenes, Miitgebrachtes essen konnten, das war sehr gemütlich.

Wir sind den Self Checkin nicht gewohnt und hatten Probleme diesen durchzuführen. Das war nicht sehr bequem. Es wurde uns aber speditiv vom Aparthotel geholfen. Wir hatten auch nirgendwo die Angabe gefunden, dass das Frühstück im Aparthotel stattfand und nicht im Brix Hotel und wurden deshalb davon überrascht. Die 500 m sind natürlich kein Problem, aber die Info hätten wir gerne vorher gehabt. Vielleicht könnte man das Procedere des Self Checkin selbsterklärend gestalten, so dass auch die non Digital Nerds damit klarkommen.
