Good location for our overnight. Sadly right by a major road with no aircon so noisy or warm , your choice. Otherwise good.

The property is far from Luzern and requires a minimum of 1 train and 1 bus ride. Plus there is no AC in the rooms and it gets super hot. The staff did provide fans when asked but it was too small to help in any actual way. The room( more like apartment) we got was spacious and clean.

2-day business trip. Nice, clean room but a quite hard bed and very uncomfortable pillow. I learned the last morning upon checking out that other pillows where available upon request. The Wi-Fi was also so poor that it was virtualy unusable. Breakfast was at best average to that price (CHF25).

Parking is limited here to 4 spots in front of the hotel. If you get here by car there are parking limitations all over the area. Get a small car too!!! There is a 15 FR a day garage next to the hotel. We liked the hotel, spacious rooms but stay away from the freeway side. Windows open impossible.

We put up at this hotel for our return flight from Zurich. For the price we paid considering Switzerland, I think it’s great value. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel is very well maintained.Room amenities - very basic.

I have stayed here many times over the years, it never drops in quality. Breakfast is good, a nice range of foods. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are bright and clean.

Zug area hotels were booked or overpriced, and this was available. A bit far from Zug, it is not in the most picturesque location, nor are there many restaurants within an easy walk. The hotel does host a Swiss Chalet. The rooms are quite big and comfortable; I could have hosted a small team working during the day at the seats and working tables. The night clerk was especially helpful when we had questions or needs. Seems like they were understaffed during the day. It was in a small mall with a pet supplies shop, a bike store and an Adiddas outlet. Free WIFI worked fine.

We stayed here for over a week while we temporarily moved out of our house. Most of the guests just overnight here en route to elsewhere. Handy for motorway, reasonably convenient for Zug, Lucern. Did not use the restaurant this time but have eaten lunch there previously and it was good. Quite expensive given the somewhat industrial location.

Very nice, basic hotel close to the main highway. It is located a few kilometers from the city center, so expect to drive to see anything. Since we were visiting Zurich and Lucerne, its central location was perfect for us.
