The host. The view. The breakfast. Even no aircon but still a fan. Yes stairs but that is why you get a fabulous lake view. Managed with the bus, 10min drive from Como.

Excellent view, with your own balcony. Even a view from the bathroom. And a terrace is also available. Good public transportation to Como.
There wasn't air con, and the wife strength could be better; suggest a wifi booster on the top floor. Bit of mould in the shower, but nothing major.
