Our stay was short but memorable. The room was comfy and very spacious with a beautiful lake view.

The reason we booked this in the first place was because of the location and view. The view of the lake was priceless , especially for the cost of the stay. The host was hospitable and welcoming , helped us with everything we needed, even offering dinner. The property is a 50 m walk to the bus stop that brings you back into Como or to other parts of the lake.

A lift or better staircase. We were tired after carrying our suitcases up to the top floor. Also air conditioning - fan was provided and that helped hugely but the option of AC would be nice also.

Great accomodation

Very close to Como, amazing view of the lake from the windows, very clean room, free parking and a very kind and helpful landlord. We will definetely return. A good base to discover the lake.

The hotel is located near a busy street (could bother some - did not bother us though) if you are not fit to climb the stairs - it could be a problem.

Amazing view of Lake Como.

The owner Maria, was so wonderful, warm and accommodating. She makes your stay here feel perfect and special. She helped us with the boat schedule, where to go to eat, lent us umbrellas when it was raining.

If you are wanting to be closer to more options for restaurants and cafes, this may not be for you. For us we enjoyed walking up Torno for a couple of more choices.

A perfect place to stay in my favorite town on Lake Como - highly recommend!

Everything! So quaint! Love the old fashioned decor, the beautiful old furniture. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Also the view from our room of Lake Como was magnificent!

This place is exactly what we expected: a charming family hotel with a wonderful view of the lake! The owner Maria was welcoming and very kind, the room was comfortable and super clean. And the breakfast is delicious ! Also big bonus for the location they have a parking spot that you can book in advance for no extra fee.

Cozy and warm hotel

We really loved staying there for 2 nights! The view from the window is stunning! The owner is lovely and helped us a lot with bus time schedule and etc. it’s a great location close to Como town but calm and relaxing place. Easy to get there by local bus.

Incredible views, incredible hospitality

The views from the room are AMAZING! The host is also so great, we felt like we were staying with family! 12/10 would highly recommend. The hotel is only a short bus from the city of Como and has a stop with the ferry system that goes all across Lake Como.

If you have children, I recommend taking a taxi rather than the bus because there is a short walk from the bus stop which is on a tight road with cars zooming by (no sidewalk).

It’s a bit far from the city and the road is very narrow. The host was generous to us by offering a parking solution but without it would have been a little bit complicate.

Hostess was superb. Whatever we asked, she tried to accomodate. Beautiful old building, stunning views from balcony and rooftop terrace. Dinner bookings were made for us, bus and boat times were written down to help, tables set on the terrace when we ordered in. Lovely breakfast room set each morning.

The host was amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking. We didn’t plan on spending too much time at the hotel, it was a perfect base for our travels.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the bus service to como/bellagio was unreliable at times. The host helped us find alternatives!

Owner was very kind and helpful. the only problem was that in our booking reservations was written room with balcony (maybe it's booking.com mistake) but we got room without balcony. actually later we were glad for this, because owner showed terrace where we spent amazing evenings.

PERFECTO!!!!

It was an amazing choice to stay in this exact hotel. The owner is the sweetest lady who is taking care of every little corner in this hotel. Even though the hotel is more than 100 years old it was perfectly clean and fresh in every part of the house. We loved it! Moreover, the breakfasts are so perfect and we even had a chance to tried an apricot homemade pie, we haven’t tried anything more delicious in Italy. The transportation is easy: you can easily reach wherever you want to with a ferry or a bus. The owner will also share with you all the tips and hacks which way is better and coordinate you with the time. I would love to come back here for my next trip! Thank you so much for such a delightful time on Como!

Very pleasant stay

Lovely small hotel, great views from our room and from the common terrace area. Tasty breakfast and very helpful hotel owner. Definitely good value for money. Blevio is cute little town from where you can easily explore the lake. If arriving by car there is a free parking area right next to the hotel.

Location right next to the quite busy street, earplugs recommended if you want to sleep windows open.

location was perfect and views are breathtaking. away from the hustle and bustle of the town. great terrace to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. very clean. decorated lovely and to a high clean standard. accommodating with my questions we had. food is amazing and very affordable along with drinks. not to far from the train station a short bus ride or taxi. the rooms are beautiful and our favourite was enjoying the terrace of an evening as it’s very intimate

could have done with a coffee machine in the room for early mornings, although they will be happy to make you one downstairs it would be nice to just make one at your own leisure in your room.

Delightful stop over Lake Como with friendly owner. But access chalenging.

friendly owner who helped in every way. She provided very nice dinner as the nearby restaurant was booked and a good breakfast. She provided an off the road parking in her garage.

The position of this hotel is very particular. Halfway up a sloping hill above the Lake Como It is situated directly off the only road parallel to the lake. This road is quite busy, narrow and winding with tunnels. The hotel owner advised us on parking matters. However, ear plugs might be useful to counter the traffic noise in what is otherwise a delightful view over the lake.

the staff was sooo friendly and we Loved the view from the balcony. Also the terrace was amazing. We had our own dinner there and loved the lights and the atmosphere. the breakfast was really good as well. All in all we can totally recommend this hotel :):)
