Shame about the issues.
Seemed good value without the issues we had.
Not the cleanest property - a bit grubby - maintanence issues - we had a basin leak that went into the bathroom from a DIY bodged sink repair that showed signs of previous issues - electric tripped off - property was cold with the central heating turned off and no access to turn it on and no additional blankets, TV kept randomly turning on during the night ! Parking was an issue- we had to park a 20 min walk away.

The view from the balcony and proximity to view spots of Como
The smell of mold and cigarettes in the room and the incredibly uncomfortable bed. Plus no noise insulation so we could hear the other guest screaming at his phone at 3am very well.

Not recommend
The place wasn't cleaned, some dark hair was all over the blankets and shower. Also, it was very uncomfortable, when the owner knocked on the door at around 10 pm to collect additional fees. Not professional at all...

Appartement très sale : taches sur les housses et les oreillers, toilettes mal nettoyées, forte odeur de tabac…Logement très froid, sans serviettes ni chauffage. L’hôte ne s’est jamais présenté et était impossible à joindre. Expérience très décevante.

Contattato subito il proprietario che ci ha portato due federe pulite da Milano la sera stessa, gentilissimo.

Pulizia assente. Pavimento non spolverato, letto sporco e pareti sottilissime che divino gli le altre due stanze. Con un bambino non è igienico.
