A very chilled, relaxing stay!

The location and setting of this hotel is beautiful, our room overlooked parkland and sea. The hotel is probably the friendliest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff seem naturally friendly, happy and polite, nothing like the Americanised, corporate, fake, ‘have-a-nice-day’ smiley people we’ve encountered in other hotels on numerous occasions! It was impressive to hear waiting staff conversing with guests, in three or four languages. The food was glorious, we enjoyed the ‘fine dining’ experience every evening and the range of food on offer was outstanding. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we liked having 2 single duvets on the large queen sized beds, we slept very well. The pool area was lovely, clean and tidy. Comfortable sun-loungers with pool towels readily available. We felt completely relaxed in this gorgeous hotel and will return.

We knew the hotel had no lift but being two floors up was a bit of a struggle at times. Just be aware if you have mobility problems. Not keen on the window in bathroom as the bedroom is the other side (not an outside window) although the glass was beautifully decorated and you couldn’t see in or out, it meant if one of us used the toilet during the night the bathroom light lit up the whole bedroom, waking up the other. Nothing major to dislike and nothing spoiled our stay, just minor points really.

Very calm atmosphere. Very nice staff. Access to adjacent hotel, if you want more activities and vibes. Great breakfast.

Minor details; The bathroom. Weird water sink with small “sharp” water jet, hard to handle. And the toilet flush didn’t work so well (we had four rooms, all with the same experience)

Exceptional sea side resort, a must visit for couples.

The staff is exceptional, everyone was very polite and helpful. All the staff gave a service with a smile, they remembered things about us and they were all round exceptional. They worked very hard and sometimes it seemed they were under staffed. The grounds where really beautiful and the access to the beach was amazing.

Sometimes the staff were under staffed and the decor could do with some improving. There's no lifts too.

Hotel with simply designed rooms (e.g. narrow unsuitable room layout, no office desk, unsuitable splashing washbasin, no real space for a medium-sized suitcase, no free power plugs near the bed, terrace spartan with tree and ventilation units right in front of the nose). Improvements needed. Service staff at the pool bar and in the restaurant unmotivated and slow.

Great peaceful stay!

The pool area and park was lovely, very peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. Pool was perfect size, good for swimming, as well as relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, great service at breakfast. The breakfast area was also really nice and intimate under the trees in the courtyard.

Great location for a few days in Zadar.

The hotel is in a lovely area and right by the sea, it’s quiet. The staff are very helpful, can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is very good.

No lift so you have to be able to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. We were not offered any help. It might have been because we are the start of the season but the hotel felt a little soulless.

Restful and definitely enjoyable stay

Absolutely awesome location. Out of the city but close enough to get there. Balcony on the water side made fur a good night sleep with the sound of the waves. The staff from check in to check out were super great people. Treated like family from the minute I walked in the door. This team is the best I’ve ever seen. This hotel needs to skip the 5 star rating and go straight to 6 stars !! The sauna area is super peaceful and more than well worth the time spent

Even though there is no elevator in the hotel only 2 flights so stairs was not bad at all. Hard to tell when the jacuzzi jets would start and stop (on a timer I would guess)

Mediocre 3 stars, at the best

The location is peaceful, right next to the seashore.

There is no elevator and connecting corridors are stuck in 2000. SPA & Fitness are in the other sister property and require 200m walk in the street. The communication with the hotel regarding reservation payment was unhelpful and scattered, as it was the check out and final bill settlement (for example, the card terminal did not work and the employee started to fuss around without a solution - we offered to pay in cash just to get out). Lunch boxes that we were given (a pale sandwich, banana and green apple) were closer to a hospital, than “hospitality” food.

The pool area was spacious, quiet and relaxing. The rooms were quite funky with a nice view of the courtyard and pool area. The local area seemed nice but we stayed only one night. Was nice to stay in an adults only hotel. Although dog friendly there was only 1 dog onsite which was cute.

I wouldn’t class this hotel 4 star, the facilities were not up to 4 star standard. We didn’t receive a good check in experience, we were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back. When we did, no one explained how the full board package worked and talked us through the facilities. The food was quite average and I don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

Lovely property and grounds with pool, a little on the outskirts of Zadar we travelled in by bus, the room had the feel of a lodge, a separate lounge and bedroom area, even a view down to the beach from the bathroom through the bedroom. The food was very good although possibly because it was very early in the season choice was a little limited. The hotel is dog friendly but we weren’t disturbed by any barking.

A very beautiful location surrounded by breathtaking nature, beautiful park and the sea. We came at the beginning of May so it was not crowded, a few people, relaxing atmosphere. We loved it. We were pleased with surprising upgrade of our room. It was pretty big, with a big bathroom, a balcony, a wardrobe and a coffee machine, bottles of water, bathrobes and a nice surprise of a beach bag with towels and slippers for going to the beach or swimming pool. It was nice 😊 and useful. There was a big comfortable bed. The restaurant, food and service were great. We would love to be back one day.

It was pretty dusty: lamps, shelves, TV set covered with dust. Cleaning service must clean more thoroughly.

Excellent, relaxing hotel in beautiful Zadar

I have to say that the hotel does not look very promising from the outside, but when you enter everything changes: The lobbies, the hotel corridors and the room are very well attended to, luxurious and clean. The personnel is very friendly, and of course multilingual (German and English are spoken everywhere). I had a room warmly decorated with wood, incl. a small living room and a balcony, overlooking the garden with the pine trees and the sea - absolutely what one needs to relax after a long business day. The bed was very comfortable and the bathoom was fully functional and luxurious, with shower and bathtub. Pity I had to change my stay for one night instead of two, I would have enjoyed this stay very much.

The only thing I will note as a "minus", was the lack of power sockets. I know, it may seem ridiculous, but when one's travelling with two mobile phones, one laptop, one tablet, one battery pack and bluetooth headphones, one always needs more power sockets! :D

Relaxing experience in Zadar

With its spectacular outdoor pool scenario, friendly staff and delicious food, the hotel is part of a larger complex that offers nice and spacious wellness center and other restaurants and bars right next to the beach. Overall, very nice experience.

It could have been a bit better in terms of cleanness in some of the spa facilities.

We loved the outdoor space, the look of the garden, the sea view.

Rooms were too small/not comfortable/not really renovated. When we booked the hotel we did not know it is all-inclusive so we got a chance to eat lunch/dinner there too. We only had dinner (and got poisoned by fish). That was probably the worst fish I ever had in Croatia.
