Central near to beach ,restaurants, and bus stop. Very clean

Room very small no area to relax in . One chair (no room for second chair ) cushions on balcony chairs got soaked in rain . no area to hang wet cloths . Room wasn’t cleaned all week and towels weren’t changed all week

Perfect stay for the money.

It was perfect and peaceful but not too far to the shops and restaurants. The pool is very small but that didn’t stop us having the best time. Lovely and clean. Staff were happy and helpful at all times. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic.

The swimming pool was good however some local building work going on which was a bit noisy. I am sure this was just a temporary thing and nothing to do with the property.

Very nice rooms with a pool and close to the beach

The property is a 2 min walk to the beach, in a very calm area. The room was clean, and has everything you need including a balcony. The staff was very kind and went there to open the door so I could leave my luggage before the check in time.

The only negative point is that the bathroom door has a glass in the middle, so when the day start there’s a lot of light in the room, but a curtain will easily solve that.

close to everything and bus into zadar swimming pool/ air conditioning/large balcony, modern. owner was helpful.

swimming pool looks onto residents car park. a wall or similar to screen this would help. no facilities nearby to prepare food for those with allergens and therefore unable to go to most local restaurants. a small kitchen area on the premises would be really helpful where a hob ring is available. there were a lot of black hairs on the floor when we arrived so we requested the room be hoovered again.

Superb

Triana is super nice and a very helpful host. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It's close to a typical croatian beton cement beach. Beautiful sunsets, nice restaurant nearby. Take the bus number 8 to Zadar old Town. It departs every 20 minutes.

The fridge is to small. A bit to pricy, but nowadays most things are.

We only stayed for one night after sailing for two weeks. We would have loved to stay there longer and will come back another time. The host was very accommodating and helpful, everything you needed were in place, very clean, beautiful landscaping and pool-area. All 4 of us recommend this place.

Super fijn verblijf dichtbij het strand.

Super fijne kamer met heel vriendelijke host! Ik hoefde maar te appen of iets te vragen en ze hielp ons direct zonder problemen. Heel erg prettig! Zwembad was ook top.

De locatie is wel ver buiten het oude centrum dus hier moet je met de auto heen rijden.

Chambre spacieuse avec réfrigérateur hors de l’agitation. Pas très loin du centre historique mais besoin d’une voiture pour y aller . La piscine est un vrai plus. Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner mais machine à café disponible et en libre service .

De gastvrijheid van de eigenaar. Ze kwam elke dag vragen of we iets nodig hadden. Het bed en de sanitaire voorzieningen waren prima. De airco werkte goed, waardoor de kamer aangenaam op temperatuur bleef.

Właścicielka to przemiła i pomocna kobieta. Obiekt jest zadbany i czysty. Miałam pokój z dużym tarasem. W pokoju prywatna łazienka, duże wygodne łóżko, telewizor z funkcją Internetu. Blisko znajduje się sklep spożywczy Tommy, przystanek autobusowy do centrum, oraz ładna plaża.

Il trattamento ricevuto da parte del gestore: ci sono stati chiesti 15 euro di tassa di soggiorno nonostante fossero già inclusi nel pagamento (anticipato) e dopo avergli mandato una mail tramite il loro contatto presente su booking facendolo presente siamo stati ignorati. Il giorno seguente siamo stati fermati da questo signore che con fare minaccioso ed arrogante, picchiandomi la mano sulla spalla, ci ha circuiti chiedendoci il perché avessimo messo in mezzo booking senza risolvere la cosa tra di noi. Nonostante l'errore fosse suo ed i nostri toni nel messaggio fossero più che tranquilli, ci siamo sentiti minacciati e poco a nostro agio durante quella che era una vacanza. Inoltre, nonostante avessimo richiesto per ben tre giorni di fila la pulizia della stanza, soltanto il pomeriggio del quinto di sei giorni, in seguito al messaggio di booking in cui chiedevamo loro anche in merito alla pulizia della stanza, il signore a proposto di farla pulire ma sentiti presi in giro abbiamo rifiutato in quanto avremmo effettuato il check out la matrina seguente. Al momento del check out non essendoci nessuno presente abbiamo mandato un messaggio in merito, lasciato le chiavi all'interno ed ottenuto in risposta un "ok" Consiglio vivamente ai gestori/personale di cambiare approccio. Non capiamo ancora il perché di questo "agguato". Noi avevamo semplicemente chiesto chiarimenti in merito alla richiesta di pagamento già effettuato ed alla richiesta di pulizia che non veniva eseguita. Gli ospiti non si trattano così e questo non è il modo di fare accoglienza.
