Wonderful value by the sea.

Lovely big rooms with side or sea views and balcony. Large HD TV, air conditioning and a decent size bathroom. Easy access to beaches and the town centre (bus a 5-10 min walk away). Half-board option was ridiculously cheap and had lots of variety from day to day. Amazing pool area with lots of places to lounge and sunbathe.

Decor a bit dated. Hotel is owned by a German chain so all catering is aimed at that clientele. I enjoyed it but it won't suit everyone. Alcoholic drinks were varied but only available at scheduled times and were of a poor standard. On one day I took a packed lunch as I had booked a boat trip to the islands. What I received wasn't as advertised. It only included a bottle of water, an apple and a dry roll.

Good overall stay- rooms a little outdated but the food makes up for that.

As this is an all inclusive hotel, all meals are included and various drinks including vino and beer, we did not know this until we arrived, so this was a great bonus and a saving- we didn't need to go looking for places to eat. The location is great, a little away from the center of town but close enough for a short drive. Perfect. Beautiful beaches and even better sunset.

The rooms & bathrooms are a little dated. The whole building looks like it needs a little tender loving care.

Great spot right by the beach!

My initial room had a malfunctioning light so I got another (better) room. I very much liked it! It was spacious, cool, clean & I even extended my stay! It is right by the beach & it is easy to get into the city & to the airport. It is worn but superclean & everything you need is there.

The way other guests treat the staff. Big kudos for all the hard workers here!!!

All in all, it's not too bad if the expectations are not high. For those who are, next to the Donat

Lunch is a bit weaker, but the offer for breakfast and dinner is great! You can leave your car in the shade near the reception. The furniture in the rooms and the lobby of the hotel is modest. All in all, excellent value for money. The sea view is the most beautiful of all. I would have a hard time deciding whether it is more beautiful in the morning or at dusk. And yes... is there anything more beautiful than being woken up in the morning by the sound of sea waves and seagulls?!

The offer of drinks in the All inclusive option is very bad. Juices, coffee and alcohol are of very poor quality. It would be better to raise the price of the stay per person by EUR 5 and offer quality drinks. This is very poor. With a little effort and a little investment, the hotel could be fully accessible for people with disabilities. Now it's not. I recommend people in wheelchairs to go to this hotel only if they have a very good escort!

Good stay

I liked location - away of city center, with a sea view - good opportunity to rest and relax. But if you like city lights - may be not the right place for you. I did enjoy the meals - a lot of variety of food and drinks. Room was a bit outdated, but I did like the style. Some refubrishement could be done.

Huge delay of check - in and out of season nothing interesting to do in the area. Poor coffee from machine - both during the meals and between.

The whole hotel was tired & had a run down, dated feel to it, it could do with a complete refurbishment or knocking down and rebuilding. The food was okay, but the drink was awful, although all inclusive we only had breakfast and did not use any of the other all inclusive food & drink options as they were so unpleasant

All inclusive experience is very limited. No snacks between breakfast/dinner/lunch. The food was OK, nothing special. Beverages of a low quality. Rooms are outdated. I had a filthy bed sheet, but it was changed after my request. My room was not ready at check-in time. Very limited space in the room.

The receptionist said that I could not prolong my stay for another night in the hotel because it was "full". I just went to booking.com and made reservation for the next night with no problem. What's up with that? The first night I payed 70 euros for 1 night and I got a very small and very old room. Air conditioning wasn't working at all, room smelled a bit on the cigarettes. This experience was not worth the money. I pay 40 euros per night to stay at better hotels. I expected more. For the next reservation that I booked later on I payed 40 euros, so 30 euros less and I got much better room in the new part of the hotel. How can you charge almost 50% less for much better accommodation? There is something wrong with this organisation.
