I can't say enough about this beautiful boutique property. Nicely lighted from the residential street on which it sits, Demar is very modern, everything new, clean, tight and efficient. The overall decor is white on white, which lends a feeling of both modern elegance and comfort. I stayed twice, a week apart, while driving from Dubrovnik to Verona and back. The first stay was in a small suite in a separate two story building. My upper floor (stairs, no lift) had a full balcony with a sliver of sea view. The separate bedroom had a pair of twins and a sliding door to the balcony.. Th eliving room had a small couch, large TV, and a small table. The bath was well appointed, and the provided amenities (shower gel, shampoo, lotion, comb, dental kit) useful. My second stay was ground floor, right in front, just 6 feet from my car. It was a larger single room, but not a suite, with a king bed, comfy sofa, table and work desk, and a huge bathroom with a large all glass shower, and a urinal, go figure, but no bidet. The slider leads to a patio with chairs and a sie table looking out onto th epool area. The breakfast choices are fresh and fine, just th eright choices, and they will make egg dishes on request, in a suite lobby space, plus some outdoor seating. The pool is clean as a whistle. Denis the proprieter is warm and helpful. I was lucky to find this place the first time, targeted it the second time, and it now goes on my all time list. A lovely gem at a very reasonable price.
Whatever this place lacked, I did not need. I was suitably impressed.

I was completely floored by how great the property is -- the room (a suite, actually) was clean and modern, the whole facility is top drawer, and the breakfast was fresh, nicely varied, distinctly European and delicious. The pool looked great, but I didn't use it. This was a rare gem, at a bargain price. Will definitely stay here again! Possibly next week!
I didn't like that I didn't have time to stay longer.

Pretty new place, modern style. Nice pool.
Greedy owner took 12 eur for breakfast for a child but did not offer cooked eggs. Not worth it since food is from Lidl and you can buy yourself. No salads. Far from sea. Dusts on wardrobes.
