Location and staff were excellent!

Did not have any relaxing space I.e a bar or lobby so you were confined to your room unless you were out and about. The breakfast for hotel guests was mainly egg different ways whilst external guests had a bigger variety to choose from. For the price of the stay I would have expected to select from the main breakfast menu. Too little hanging space for clothes.

The breakfasts are good, fixed a la carte offerings. Limited additions of breads etc. the location is excellent. The parking is very easy if there are spaces available

Our room had a floating loft that had the bed, there was no options to hang or lay clothes, there was only a bed and two bedside tables. To access the loft there was a steep tight floating steel frame stairs that creaked when used. The room lighting was poor and this added to the angst of the stairs at night. The ceiling lights are a dimmer system whereby you hold the switch and they glow increasingly, they did not work effectively and were very annoying and useless during the night. The main feature on the booking page is the courtyard, this was closed after 2pm so an evening drink as advertised was not an option. We did not used the room safe but access would be difficult for most females as it was at the back of a high shelf, my wife could not really reach the key pad.
