The view of the water was outstanding. Quiet neighborhood in the off-season. Host explained very succinctly on how to check-in. Breakfast was wonderful and a variety of offerings. Actually wished we stayed longer.
No elevators, but that was ok for us.

The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Loved the view to the sea from our balcony. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bus to Zadar old town was a 5-minute walk away.

Nice staff who try to be helpful. Reasonable breakfast.
Old and in need of repair. The safe, shutters, kitchen light, hot water, shower head were all not working properly. Some could not be fixed but also had not been checked. Decor is outdated.
