I liked everything: it was a very good house, our room was very clean and comfortable, in the kitchen ther were very good plates and cups, very good pоts and pans, forks, spoons, knives etc. We had a balcony in the room that was superb. There was a fridge and microwave, even a washing machine.

Very friendly host
Very well equipped room - comfortable bed, fridge, table, toilet and shower etc... felt homely - room decorated to be part of the house rather than bare bones - I liked it here
A bit too far from the centre / old town - but frequent buses if you want to use them

Owner was helpful. Had nice recommendations, was happily asking questions. Whole building was very clean, there was no outside or inside noise to disturb during sleep. Hair dryer was useful for drying rain-soaked shoes and clothes. Second roll of toilet paper also came in handy; I caught cold right before going to Zadar so went through first one fast, despite only staing for two days.
The only thing that comes to mind is distance to the old town. But it's only a problem if you intend to walk it (busy streets, often slim or non-existent pavement). Line 7 bus stop is meters away from the apartment, it's very cheap and takes you right to old town in minutes.
