Great spot ,close to the board walk.

Love we had use of pool and beach chairs. The Sunset Bar and Grille is great.

The best location, the best views, in the heart of everything Hollywood. We loved it and we would book again

The location, the beach chair service and the rooftop pool. Staff are so friendly and want to make your day. The views are spectacular, the best thing I’ve seen in a long time. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with toiletries. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Very respectful vibe and a variety of couples, families, groups of friends, etc.

The mini fridge was turned off and it took a while to start up again. Some of the kitchen supplies were missing so definitely communicate to staff so you don’t get charged unfairly.

Easy access to beach and having an option of swimming pool were bonus. 24hr gym is very good option especially for Europeans like us whilst you are having jetlag. Comfortable and cozy space, you feel like you are having a holiday at your home. Staff was helpful and Global Rent Apart was always reachable when needed. definitely value for money. Stayed 5 weeks with my family, really enjoyed it. will recommend everyone and visit again at my next convenience

quality of some small appliances. Sound insulation can be improved where the interconnecting rooms are. We had horrible 2 nights due to noisy renters partying next door till 5am in the morning. Parking cost is fortune, so i could not rent a car for the whole period of my stay. I had to well plan and split the rental periods when needed.

The location is amazing! It's 2- 3 minutes' walk to the beach. You have 2 free chairs, and you can rent an umbrella if you need one ($20).

There is a resort fee $40 per night, plus $59 for the one time registration. The good thing is we were informed about it before doing the reservation.

My wife and I went away for a short getaway. Hollywood area was very nice.

Roof top pool and lounge restaurant was very nice. Short walk to the beach approx 1 block. Nice you get 2 chairs at the beach but you have to pay for the umbrella. Don’t need a car everything is within walking distance.

Watch out for all the fees. We were charged $45 resort fee for a day we wasn’t even there to enjoy. The room was basic bed tv bathroom. Balcony faced all the other rooms in the middle. You need your room key for everything.

Nice location

The check in process was smooth! The property is lovely. I’ve always stayed at the Costa Resort but only through the resort not the apartment side! So I knew of the parking fees etc. The extra fees the apartment side tells you after you’ve book is overwhelming. I think that is something they should disclose during that process so that you know if you’re getting the better situation! The room was nice , however I did have to clean the bathroom because the toilet was dirty and had visible hair and stains which I’m sure was the cleaners fault and when I went to find them to clean it they were rude so I cleaned it myself which delayed my birthday plans and it was my actual birthday! I also had to clean the shower and not like the normal wipe down you’d do to disinfect! It had hair and stuff in it and was not cleaned properly. I’m sure the owners wouldn’t allow that!! I also cleaned the hotel myself before I left because I don’t like to leave messes when I go anywhere !

The kitchen light did not work. The shades were dirty and had a hole in them. The bathroom door handle kept coming off. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. There was bleach spilled on the floor when we walked in in the bathroom.

The location was great. Having access to the gym and also the sunset club was great.

Room was small and not clean. Broken shower door and key barely worked for elevator. Also, when booking i didn't find out till after the fact the extra added fees of paying a registration fee, the gym fee, the pool fee. Was very disappointed.

Booked this hotel as I have stayed here before. Location is perfect and great rooftop pool. However the pool was closed for renovations all week. Nowhere on booking page was this mentioned. So the $40 a day resort fee and no resort amenities. I thought this was a rip off for this stay!

It’s a lovely stay, with the beach less than 2min walk away, in a very comfy room

Location is excellent, Valet had some problems but was up to standard, and the room was bigger than expected

I found hair on my pillows, which shouldn’t happen, but should be taken care of and inspected before a guest arrival I lost my passport, it was disappointing to know the staff does not have a form that I can fill in to contact me if they found the passport. I did the same with the airport and car rental, they let me quickly fill out a form, in case they found it to contact me, even the 7 Eleven where I refuelled the car took down my details, in case they found it.

We spent 10 days at the resort in January and booked thru the resort itself. Definitely a difference. This time, our room was somewhat secluded, which was nice because of spring break.

I don't understand the no coffee in the room, or extra garbage bags. The resort also needs to have vending machines

love everything here! apt was beautiful & comfortable & so quiet!! I love silent doors so no one gets woken up. having a washer/dryer & dishwasher was the best! the pool is fabulous & the bar/restaurant is awesome
