The location and the staff were excellent . A comfortable room which is one block away from the beach and boardwalk .

At the time the reservation was made, the website said free parking. The city owns the parking spaces so the charge was $30/day. I was not expecting $60 for parking .

Location, convenience to all store and restaurants. Pretty place and well maintained. Staff super friendly, and helpful. Property is peaceful. You get a discount and free drink daily at their sister restaurant! Plenty of outdoor space to relax!

No coffee maker in room, but office offers coffee. There is a constant hum outside, unsure what it is but sounds like a vacuum that never turns off. When no air circulates in room it can get a little stale smelling that’s strong.

So close to the most amazing beach in the world! Just steps away from heaven! The staff were so friendly! The room was clean and comfortable! Also the little taco restaurant next to the property is so good!!!

Nothing! Well okay, paying for parking. But that’s expected in such an amazing location!!

BEWARE **I will post photos if need be** For almost 2 months now, I've been waiting for a refund from this scam hotel business. I was arranged to stay here on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 with my spouse and mother, who is unable to ascend stairs. I come to Hollywood quite regularly and have walked by this place on occasion, and remembered it when taking interest in the rooms. While also my mother's first time in the area, and her having limited mobility, the one level buildings and easy to access from the parking lot intrigued my consideration when I saw the opportunity being the good fit for my Mom. Well, what I didn’t know was that behind their multiple one-floor buildings, they own a 3-floor building with no elevator access, and there are no photos of it on their website. Upon arrival, I was told they only had one room available and were ‘sold out’ of the advertised one-floor rooms in first-floor buildings as shown online. As the woman working the reception counter brought me to where I can consider the 3 flights of stairs, my mother who is elderly and could only walk short distances and cannot ascend stairs, was seated outside on a chair as I tried to find a solution with the lady working the counter this particular afternoon. Instead of helping me initiate a refund as I requested, as the amount of stairs would be undoable, let alone I could not be serviced. I had to now find the availability and get another room elsewhere. The receptionist stated I had to call and speak to the person who does reservation. Now I understand it was her easy way out of not refunding me, and she knew no one would answer! What a joke!! This switch-and-bait tactic by a hotel, not to mention the money-hungry scam of a company unwilling to compensate its customers, is why I would never again consider coming back here. Booking.com has emailed and called them to initiate the refund, but they also cannot get ahold of these people! That’s no way to do business!

The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice . Walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Pet friendly, I will keep coming, Recommend 👌
