Great ocean view but not great facilities.

Right on the boardwalk so you can walk in the morning or evening really, close by many coffee shops and eateries. Gorgeous view of the beach from the deck.

not very clean, staff was rude, parking wasn't available the first night and we had to park at a diffrent hotel and pay$45 per night for it, but they did reimburse us the next day.

Also free parking on site was a deal clincher. I plan to return - I felt very comfortable exploring Hollywood Beach from here

You will need to go up 1 flight of stairs to the rooms and deck so not handicapped accessible as far as I could tell although I did not check, although our room and shower would have been easily accessible

It was very close to the beach and boardwalk Room was newly renovated and bed was comfortable. Beautiful terrace and fast check in . Free parking on the back . Microwave was in the room .

We loved the convenience to the beach and the terrace with lounge chairs was very nice.

The terrace had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. The rooms were large.

Going up and down the stairs with luggage was a little bit awkward but only 1 flight of stairs.

There is no office. No staff actually on site. We were supposed to have parking but when we were arrived, all of the parking spots were filled so we had to drive around at 11pm and pay for off-site parking. Room had been renovated but the shower was not really clean, the water was not very hot. Motel is on the beach but there are no beach towels.

Our stay was very nice and we plan to revisit in the future.

We loved that the room was neat and clean and very cozy. From our window, we could see the ocean. The beach is literally steps away. We would book here again in the future everything about our stay was pleasant and we do not have any complaints.

I don’t know that it fits in this category. This was not really a negative for us.The hotel is still under construction from hurricane damage but our room and our view was perfect for us. You can tell the hotel tries to schedule the construction at reasonable hours.

It was raining quite a bit and there is no complete overhang for the stairs. Strongly recommend complete covering for the entire stairs.

Very stressful stay and I thank God no one got hurt cause of that gas leak.

That it’s right on the beach.

It looks like a cheap motel. There was a gas leak in my kids room that according to another family staying there the Motel knew about. Apparently that family was in that room and they moved them to another room the day before because of the smell of gas yet they let me and my family stay in that room. Very irresponsible on their part. And there were roaches in both rooms. Love the location but I will never stay there again.

Beautiful vacation spot for young people or young at heart

The location is right on the beach facing the ocean so you won’t get a better view. I have stayed in pretty much all the hotels on the Quadoman. As this a 5 minute walk to the band stand stage, you’ll also enjoy a free concert on the beach most nights. The windows open so you can hear the ocean.

Mamacita is right next door is noisy at night with people dancing and laughing so it’s not a quiet area. It’s where to stay if you want to to be in the party. They also need to add window cleaning to maid service as we are paying for the view.

We love this place. The location is amazing. it's right near great restaurants and stores.

this go around there was an issue with parking because a piece of construction equipment was left and it blocked some of the parking spaces, but the office was very nice and helped sort out the issue.

Great room in great location

It was right on boardwalk and the beach! The room was spacious, so 4 of us felt comfortable. The kitchenette was great to cook a lot of our meals. The balcony was nice to read a book, watch the beach, and eat meals. The manager was very responsive to requests.

It is a very noisy part of the beach, and surrounding businesses play loud music late into the night. I wore earplugs to sleep. Also, had to get 50 lb bags up and down stairs to 2nd floor.

The front desk lady was politely accommadating. The rooftop terrace was a great view to most of Hollywood Beach. Restaurants and shops galore. (the terrace lies on top of one)

WiFi could've been better but I would have booked this place just for the aformentioned perks.
