The location was good, right by the beach.

Was surprised to see that they didn't even supply one roll of paper towels!? I mean if your traveling are you going to carry paper towels around? Also, why not supply a little coffee for the coffee pot? Just some suggestions...

A hotel for drug addicts, use only if you have nowhere to go

Location is the only plus - really close to the ocean

- Room wasn't clean enough, I saw somebody's hair and durt in the corners - AC is very loud, impossible to sleep when it is on - There is a small kitchen, but with no kitchenware, even no cups/glasses to drink water or coffee - you need to go to the reception (which is in another building up to 5 min walk) and ask for everything - The worst thing was that when I tried to go to sleep, some guys from other rooms started listening music outloud (after 11 pm!), shouting and smoking marijuana just in front of my door, in the inner yard, despite the fact that smoking and loud behavior violates both hotel rules and the law of the state. The smell and the noise were awful! The hotel stuff does nothing to control the compliance with their own rules. Only when I called the reception, someone came to kick out the guys, and it took a while.

It was amazing

The location was amazing , just steps from the ocean . Close enough to everything that you can walk anywhere you want to go but far enough away from the chaos . This site is on the south end of the board walk and most of the loud bars and such are north of margaritaville. Publix is just over a mile away so we walked there too. I guess if you have some sort of handicap or health issues you wouldn’t want to walk but a mile is not far in my opinion . The building is older and it isn’t perfect but I was clean. No bugs. No stained sheets. No weird smells. No mold in the shower . If you want to do laundry on site bring quarters it is 1.50 per wash and per dry. They have beach chairs and an umbrella (we didn’t use them but I did see them ) and they also had 4 beach towels in our unit . We were given a starter of small dish soap bath essentials 2 toilet paper and one paper towel. The unit had a sleeper sofa which we did not use so I cannot vouch for its comfort. The hosts were responsive , we checked in early at 2pm and a little late at 12noon , with their approval of course, as they have to set the codes.

The only thing I can say is more of a personal preference. The pillows were firm for me but everyone is different . My fiancé seemed fine with it but at home he sleeps with 2 pillows and I sleep with one pretty flat and soft one

My unit was not clean to how you would expect a hotel to be, then at night the roaches came out to play. The parking situation is horrible. They send you the wrong link for the “daily permit” so you HAVE to message them for the daily one.
