The view from the room was great. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
The ground floor is not the first floor- there is no elevator and I to dig through the information to find out that there was no elevator. Why not highlight that information? Don't burry it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, the Royal Mile is only about an 18-minute walk away and everything you need is close by. It felt very safe for me as a solo traveler.

Too far from all the main attractions
Very old
Not a beautiful victorian house. Not even the decor. The carpet was so old.
I feel I didn’t get the value for the money i paid.
