it was our second stay at the Orchidea. it is a very pleasant, reasonably priced hotel with good access to the slopes. i

very friendly, nicely run hotel. Good-sized rooms. good food with a nice mix of family-friendly staples and interesting local options.

a number of dogs staying meant there was a fair bit of noise. The spa seemed to allow full nudity but no warning of that.

Pleasant

Nice and very clean rooms.

Very uncomfortable beds - way too hard. The breakfast was OK, but the dinner buffet was dissapointing. The dishes were without much taste and the meat overcooked - did not live up to normal italian standards or our expectations. The staff seemed demotivated and as if the guests were an inconveniance. Several from our group got sick (maybe due to the buffet) and our daughter vomitted in her bed. When we asked to borrow some cleaning supplies to clean up after her, the hostess acted annoyed and only reluctantly helped get supplies.

Very good

We had a great stay for skiing! The food was exceptional and we could enjoy a nice sauna after a long skiing day. The room was very nice with a great view from the balcony. We would come again!

The hotel staff were nice, friendly and helpful, the place was nice and clean, the SPA was good, the ski-room was very good. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The dinner was not as good as you normally expect in Italy, it was OK, but not great, the beer and wine options however were good and reasonably priced.

Struttura dotata di spa con accesso incluso nel prezzo, che al momento della presentazione non era chiaro come servizio. Una bella sorpresa. Pietanze ai pasti molto buoni. Personale accogliente e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze di chi vuole fare una ultima sciata a fine soggiorno

Hotel můžeme vřele doporučit a určitě se do něj vrátíme.

Blízko sjezdovek a zároveň v centru města. Úžasný výběr jak na snídani, tak na večeři. Personál ochotný a příjemný. Snažili se vyhovět požadavkům. Pokoj čistý, ikdyž vybavení bylo starší a každý den úklid. Lyžárna perfektní - sušáky na přeskáče a moderní držáky na lyže. Zázemí hotelu velice pěkné, útulné a také bezpečné (únikové dveře).

Mohla by být kvalitnější matrace v posteli. Úklid pokojů by mohl být později (od cca 9 h) a ne při příchodu ze snídaně a odchodu na sjezdovku. Hosté pak čekali na chodbě, než úklid dokončili. Po našem požadavku o pozdější úklid nám bylo vyhověno.

Celkový dojem z pobytu v tomto hoteli bol pozitívny.

Lokalita dobrá, personál bol v prípade potreby ústretový, možnosť využívať wellnes.

Na izbe nebolo k dispozícii označenie, že nepotrebujeme vymeniť uteráky a upratať. V hoteli, kde vám každý deň ustelú a vymenia uteráky, by sme čakali, že v bare nebudú na stoloch igelitové obrusy prekrývajúce klasické obrusy. Pri raňajkách boli poháre na čaj plastové i keď na kávu či iné pitie boli porcelánové a sklenené.

Rispetto alla cifra pagata mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, non mi ha stupito.

Hotel è situato in una buona posizione centrale al paese.

Il cibo della cena non era gustoso e ho trovato dei pezzi di gusci d'uovo nei canederli. Ho trovato dei capelli non miei nel bagno della camera.
