The WiFi was practically non existent. Which for a large hotel in this day and age was awful. Couldn’t get any work done as nothing would load.

Area nice, choose a difference hotel

Location was good

The reception is a joke, they don’t even raise their heads and look at you when booking in. Dinner isn’t until 8pm. When your skiing your starving. The rooms are noisy and uncomfortable. It’s more like a 3 star but overpriced.

the room itself was good. comfortable bed and a good shower.

there is a hidden cost which is only visible on the full pdf of the booking, but not in any of the information sent over email or in the app which is 10% increase on the shown price of the booking. i also got wrong information on the price of dinner for kids so I had a surprise 200 euro charge which is not what I expect from booking or the hotel when I showed them the chat via the booking app.

we ordered a room for three (which is the same as room for 2 , just which the couch opened), but one of us got Covid and didn’t show up. We asked them to count us as room for 2 , but they charged the full amount without any consideration.

Beware €100 hidden service charge!!

Close to ski lifts.

We were B&B. There are very few restaurants in the town so you might be better off going full board. They charged €30 each for a buffet dinner including for children who ate very little. At checkout there was a €96 charge. I was told it was for use of the ski boot room and for “service”. The hotel was expensive compared to other choices this would have made the difference in us not booking there. Beware. Also we asked for a family room and got a tiny double with a sofa bed. The walls to the next room were paper thin and the room practically shook when they used the bathroom.

Bad value for money. We had an ugly old room with a dark, very small bathroom. For lunch (self servise!) for 3 people and a small child we paid 100 euros and everything was cold and half of the stuff was gone!

Buona posizione,comoda la cena a buffet,colazione fornita di tutto...dal dolce al salato.sala ristorante spaziosa...ben illuminata,con l'imponente vetrata che ti permette la vista su un meraviglioso panorama..personale della reception sempre disponibile..servizio garage a pagamento davvero strategico; in caso di neve ti permette di non doverti ritrovare a spalare neve per uscire dal parcheggio.

La qualità dei materassi......terribile nel nostro caso!ci svegliavamo di continuo per i dolori dovuti ad esso.il personale del ristorante...frettoloso,ti alzavi per rifornire al buffet;tornavi e non avevi piu ne tovaglioli ne stoviglie....nonostante i nostri orari siano sempre stati compatibili con gli orari indicati per il servizio. Quando abbiamo fatto notare la cosa,non abbiamo neppure ricevuto un semplice 'scusa'.

primo ed ultimo soggiorno per noi qui

la posizione in valle. punto. ma .., non ce l’aria condizionata in camera , possibile in un 4 stelle ??? abbiamo chiesto cambio camera appena entrate in camera ma non e’ stato concesso. inoltre in bagno odore sgradevole di fogna. chiesti 2 cuscini : rivevuti.

specifico che la stanza era al sesto piano in un sottotetto e l’unica finestra e’ incastrata nell’abbaino si apre solo di qualche centrimetro in quanto basculante . la temperatura nella notte alle ore 3 e’ di gradi 27 - fa molto caldo - non si riesce a dormire. siamo scese in reception x segnalare il problema ma ribadiscono che non e’ possibile il cambio camera. io ribadisco : possibile la non presenza dell’ aria condizionata in un sottotetto al sesto piano senza finestra in un 4 stelle ????

Una vacanza con i fiocchi.

Non solo la bellezza dei luoghi, ma anche la ricchezza del cibo con Maitre Aquib e collaboratori, sempre pronti e disponibili, che hanno soddisfatto me e la mia consorte con i loro piatti, anche fuori del previsto. L'animazione e l'assistenza è stata eccellente: i ragazzi Stella, Alessia, Andrea, Iacopo ed Angelo sono stati molto affettuosi e collaborativi, sia nelle escursioni che nella animazione la sera. Comunque ambiente giovane sempre a disposizione.

A nostro avviso la Saint Jane, che poi è la società che gestisce, tra l'altro, l'Hotel Piandineve dovrebbe modificare la sua politica, in materia di rimborsi per giorni di vacanza non goduti. Purtroppo siamo stati costretti a lasciare la vacanza un giorno prima, per impegni di salute, e, nonostante le numerose telefonate a Booking ed alla Saint Jane per avere il diritto al rimborso, ci è stato risposto che il recupero non era possibile perché la prenotazione non prevedeva il recupero. Questo è stato per noi spiacevole, ma va valutato come esempio per la società per le prossime volte e le prossime occasioni.
