Good stay overall

The rooms were clean and are overall good. The hotel is located next to one of the ski lifts. There are many activities for guests.

Breakfast and dinner offers could improve. The location of the ski deposit is far from the hotel and makes changing gears a bit uncomfortable. Too many kids.

great location, close to skiing slopes, very helpful staff. plenty of parking on the street. great half board meals, amazing Italian dishes for dinner and good choices for breakfast

Great location and staff

The food, location and staff. Especially Miky. Every request we made the staff were happy to oblige. The food was very good and the courses were varied and very generous. The service and food are the reason for the higher rating. Miky is an asset and I hope she gets compensated for her hard work

The pool's chlorine was too strong. The specific room we got wasn't up to par. It was clean and each day the towels and bed sheets were replaced, but the shower was too small and the water wasn't hot enough and the pressure was very weak.

A wonderful experience that we enjoyed so much we have booked again for this year!

The hotel and staff were amazing. We were late booking and the only rooms left were the “Romantic Rooms” which are the newest in the hotel and were absolutely amazing with very comfortable bedding, exquisite decoration, great views, lovely bathrooms and plenty of storage which is a must have when skiing. It’s a family run hotel and the care and love for the property and the experience of their guests is obvious. We were there for New Year and the celebration felt more like being in someone’s home than in a hotel. There is a delightful quirkiness to the experience, this is not anonymous 5 star, it is personal, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety. There was a cooked buffet, cold meats and cheese, great bread and pastries and excellent coffee. Dinner was also excellent with so much good food we struggled to finish it despite having skied all day. Dinner was ordered in the morning for that evening and there was a very good selection with a large buffet, choice of 5 pastas, 5 mains and 5 deserts. The wellness centre was a welcome facility for easing the aches and pains of a day on the slopes. While families splashed about in the pool we headed upstairs to the child-free saunas, steam room and jacuzzi.

We travel a lot and are difficult to please but I have to say we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. In particular we enjoyed the quirky personal family style service. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave!

abbiamo soggiornato nella suite family, eravamo due famiglie, tutto perfetto, il signor Alessandro e tutto il suo staff bravi gentili, sofia speciale gentile disponibile, Silvana carinissime , il mangiare in abbondanza dalla colazione alla cena tutto molto buono….. che dire ci torneremo sicuramente❤️

Pro e controk

Ambienti puliti, personale gentile e accogliente, pietanze buone. La struttura è comoda ed è vicina ai mezzi di trasporto e agli impianti per cui si può lasciare la macchina ferma.

Se la piscina avesse avuto l'acqua leggermente più calda sarebbe stato meglio. Idromassaggio pieno di schiuma al quale ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato risposto che era tutto normale.

Vraiment super

L’accueil très bien avec une personne qui parle Français. Nous étions un groupe de 17 personnes et avons pu mettre nos motos dans le garage gratuitement. Repas très très bien et copieux. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel .Piscine compris dans le prix.

Esperienza stupenda, ce la ricorderemo e ... magari la ripeteremo!

Posto bellissimo, ho soggiornato con la famiglia (4 adulti) in una suite con 6 posti letto e 2 bagni molto confortevole e pulita. Il personale è stato di una cortesia squisita, il cibo ottimo e fin troppo abbondante, compreso il buffet della colazione. Abbiamo provato anche la SPA a pagamento (9€ a persona puoi stare fino a 4 ore se non c'è troppa gente) che era davvero "coccola" ... insomma: esperienza bellissima che ripeteremo di sicuro!!

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che si può migliorare ... direi che la qualità del Wi-fi (peraltro gratuito) potrebbe essere migliorata (non sempre il segnale era stabile e di qualità), ma ormai ognuno ha la propria connessione mobile e quindi è davvero una sottigliezza...

A un passo dalla natura

Location scelta per vicinanza al Bike Park che ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Personale estremamente gentile dalla Reception, personale di sala alle signore delle pulizie. Abbiamo avuto anche un posto dedicato per tenere la MTB durante le notti. Colazione e cena di ampia scelta e qualità. Camera ampia e letti comodissimi.

Très bon rapport qualité /prix, agréablement surpris.

Très belles prestations, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont variés et copieux. Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique (mention spéciale à micky). Établissements très propre. L’espace détente, piscine et spa est très bien, bien que payant. Je conseille.

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées.
