Good stay , reasonable

The room is clean and space is great. The location is good if you have a car to get to. Also there are some local walks nearby which is great.

The wifi is very bad in the buikding we stayed, and constantly not on. There is no mobile phone reception on site, and wifi is needed more than ever. so this is a bit disappointing.

Up in the mountains, free minigolf and ping pong, quite large pool area. Needs some freshen up.

Large establishment a bit up in the mountains. Unfortunately not with a view down towards Lake Garda, but the mountains surrounding the property gives for a great breakfast view from your balcony. The pool area was nice, with quite a large pool, with sunbeds and parasols. Unfortunately the pool is not that deep, but the brave ones dared to dive anyway (probably not recommended!).. I think I counted 8 (!) tennis courts at the property, which costs money (13 EUR/hour), but there is a free (!) minigolf course, and you could also borrow ping pong rackets and play at one if the 3 tables. Only a deposit needed. Sure, the minigolf course needs some freshen up, and they could absolutely buy some new ping pong rackets, but, hey, it was free - and that's always nice! The prices in the restaurant was OK, with a somewhat German menu - which seemed to match their clientele: a lot of germans. It seemed like some of the staff also spoke some german, which could be nice to know if you're into that.

Not having towels included in the price is just lame. Change that. Sure, money is money, but please instead add 10 EUR to the price and include towels. We knew about this before we got there, so we had our own towels, but things like this just makes you look elsewhere - which is sad, because the free minigolf, ping pong tables, and the quite large pool area is certainly appealing to families with kids. Also, a breakfast option would be nice. It's situated up in the mountains, with quite a cumbersome drive there, so going down the road to a supermarket for some breakfast items is a no-no. Also, the kitchen in our room could've included a microwave, and some more cutlery/plates, and there was no dishwashing liquid or brushes, so doing the dishes with our fingers and hot water was our only option. We only stayed for 2 nights, so not a problem, but if staying here for an extended time stuff like this must exist.

Nature around is beautiful. There is a swimming pool and tennis courts.

It was not clear to me that I should ask for towels at the reception. The hotel is located on a hill to which the road is steep and you need to drive very carefully by car.

Disappointing

Location and the view as always. For it was a... do not remember how many times I visited this place.

A group of 10-15 drunken austrian men behaving in an outragious manner near the outdoor swimming pool for the whole day long. Anyway I tried to go to this swimming pool with my children. But these @animals@ tried to treat my 17 years old daughters with candies. They did not even bother that me the father was nearby. I could not understand what they were talking about in German but I saw their looks I heard their drunken laughter. I addressed this incident to the reception. They promisied to me that the boss of the Apartments Campi will contact me that day. He did not contact me the next day in the morning. He did not untill now. Disappointing. We have checked out the next day in the morning.

Old, needs fixing, bad location

Hotel is in bad shape and needs to be fixed. Pics doesnt match reality. Exemple cold indoor pool/spa is a joke. Location very far from everything. It took 15 minutes to climb up to the hill by car from nearest market by narrow road which is partly only one lane so can be tricky if 2 cars meet in bad place. About 1 hour to walk uphill. Not value of your money and you even after that have to pay extra costs from everything. Room towels, WARM room etc. We noticed too late, room really wont warm up at all. I thouht slow warming was just cause of outdated warming system. So we couldnt order the warm room anymore for night. 2 of us got sick cause sleeping in +11 degrees whole night. When we next morning went to the reception and said we will left after 1 night, even we paid for 2 nights, they were just keen to sell us more extracosts. Warm room is "only" 13 euros more every starting 24 hours. Never again.

the beds are very unconfortable, old and used ..we didnt manage to have a good night sleep during the 4 nights we have spent. The appartment was cleaned at the superficially .

Property on top of a mountain, far from the lake and anything else. Rude receptionist.

- The apartment was spacious and had the basic necessities.

- The hotel is on a very high up location with a tortuous road to get there. - The bed and sofa seemed used when we arrived and during covid time that felt very uncomfortable. - The wifi was down due to the bad weather and there was no phone reception anywhere. - There were other customers trying to solve various issues (like they did not feel comfortable to drive up and down that road daily but the receptionist did not know anything about the bus which apparently would.not go often up there).

Toller Urlaub, gerne wieder!

Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, um mit Kindern dort Spaß zu haben. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, wir fühlten uns willkommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war einfach, aber für uns ausreichend, das Restaurant bestach mit gutem Essen zu erstaunlich erschwinglichen Preisen. Auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Die Lage war sehr gut, sehr nahe an Limone

Zimmer waren zu Laut, obwohl die Residenz fast leer war bekamen wir das Zimmer neben dem schreienden Baby. Personal war eigendlich Freundlich, genervt hat mich als ich nach der Sauna fragte, diese einzuschalten hat man mir dies bestätigt aber dannach nicht eingeschaltet. Die Zimmer sind Zweckmässig Sauber, abstauben ist leider kein Thema. Küchenaustattung ist eher Spartanisch (nicht viel vorhanden) Kurtaxe ist interessanterweise mehr als auf Offizieller Seite von Tremosine angegeben

Il prezzo del riscaldamento di 9 € non compreso, gli asciugamani assenti 2€ al pezzo, non c'era nessun strofinaccio ne detersivo per i piatti, stavano solo gli utensili di cucina, purtroppo tutto questo non viene specificato prima della prenotazione. Ti mette un pò di ansia informazioni come "compresi: energia elettrica..."
