Pleasant

The swimmingpool area was great, new beds, very nice pool wit a fantastic view. We had a tiny little balcony with our room with a great view as well. Breakfast was okay.

We have asked to change rooms because the bed was terrible, the matras was so thin that we lay on the springs. The bed in the second room was a little better but also not comfortable. Shower corner was so small that once you were in it, you had no space to move anymore, washing your hair was hardly possible. We had a superior room, sorry to say but it was definitely not superior.

Not recommended

Without exception its the restaurant. The food was wonderful and the service was great. We were given a great table without making a booking. I would have made a booking but the receptionist suggested it wasn't needed. I'd recommend that you book because it filled out quickly. Our waiter was great and offered a house drink that was not your usual lemonchello. The view is spectacular.

Had good expectations of this place when booked. Sadly, the room fell short in a big way. First of all, there was a strange smell which was immediately off-putting. You could see hand prints and smudges all over the cabinets. The biggest issue was no air conditioning. It was my mistake as i overlooked this when booking but don't be fooled when they tell you it cools down in the evening. It does but not by much in August. We were given a family room where the bed is just a few feet from the ceiling under terracotta tiles that have been heating up over the course of the day. That night was almost unbearable and after a long drive with another the next day, not the best. The least they could do is buy 50 cheap Fans from IKEA and give their guests the option of cooling down. Finally, if you react badly to horsefly, don't go down to the pool. I'm still recovering having been bitten in the pool on the ear. Receptionist was helpful in this instance in providing plenty of ice. Don't think you can read a book in peace beside the pool. It's a family hotel so expect loud kids splashing guests.

A very nice hotel in the mountains with swimmingpool on hillside. Very friendly people and very good food as you can aspect from Bella Italia.

One little minuspoint…the hotel is situated on the mainroad from the village and so you hear every car and scooter come by. But of course this is Italy too:-)

Wrong choice

The view was very nice and there was a large swimmingpool. Also the rooms were clean.

First you have to get up there. 15 minutes of twist and turns. Very excluded from everything else. We booked a junior suite but unfortunately the rooms were very boring, bright lights and no taste or colour. The receptionist were friendly but the personel from the restaurant were working day and night shifts making them quite rude and very uninterested. This was supposed to be our final and most expensive stop but it was actually our worst so we decided to leave earlier and book another stay.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, waren über Silvester 2025 dort, Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr lecker Der Spa und Wellness Bereich klein aber eine tolle Abwechslung Besitzer und Petsonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Im Großen und Ganz wirklich gut!

Wirklich schönes und im November fast leeres Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Restaurant auch sehr gut.

Einzig kleines Minus: Zimmer war in der Übergangszeit leider etwas kühl um z.B. nasse Bike-Kleidung zu trocknen, die Heizung lief nur kurz am Nachmittag.

Hoch über dem Gardasee, ruhig gelegen und mit gutem Restaurant.

Saubere Zimmer inkl. Nassraum. Die Lage hoch über dem Gardasee ist toll, auch wenn ein wenig weit entfernt, dafür umso ruhiger. Das Frühstück ist italienisch reichhaltig.

Die Duschekabine ist nicht über das Minimum herausgekommen. Aber die Beleuchtung im Nassraum ist top, fast ein wenig zu hell.

Ich würde da wieder hin fahren, aber nur zum kurzen Aufenthalt... und nicht zum Wandern...

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit im Hotel abends zu essen. Man muss in das angeschlossene Restaurant gehen! Das ist extrem teuer und hat für nicht Reservierende keine guten Plätze anzubieten oder man muss innerhalb einer bestimmten Zeit essen.... da es iim ganzen Ort nur diese Möglichkeit zum Essen gibt, ist das nicht sehr schön.

Möglichkeiten im Ort zu essen sind sehr sehr schwierig. Ohne Auto fast gar nicht möglich!

Für den Preis gut.

Die Lage war super! Der Pool ist riesig und man hat einen sehr sehr tollen Blick auf Berge und den Gardasee. Besonders freundlich war, dass wir auf Grund von sehr früher Abreisezeit am Morgen, ein tolles Frühstückspaket vom Hotel bekommen haben.

Der Service beim Frühstück morgens war leider schlecht. Es waren nur zwei Personen, die nicht mit dem Abräumen der Tische oder dem Auffüllen des Buffets hinterher kamen.

Die Lage- es ist ein wunderbarer kleiner Ort mit einer richtig tollen Pizzaria! Ein toller weiter Ausblick( auch auf den Gardasee). Parkmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. Der Pool sieht toll aus. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich.

Es gibt so manche Ecken, die leichte Reparaturen benötigen ( in der Dampfsauna sind Steine lose…), im Pool war auf dem Boden viel Sand. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten schmeckt leider nicht.
