Worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in

This is the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in: • Very old furniture and almost nothing in the room in terms of amenities. • The toilet flush wasn’t working. • The hotel pool is actually a public pool where anyone can enter for €7. It’s overcrowded, and it’s nearly impossible to find a sunbed with an umbrella. • You have to pay €5 per pool towel. I suspect the receptionist is running her own little “business” with these towels, as they were all different colors and styles. • The parking situation is chaotic. We were blocked by other cars several times and had to wait. • The room was very noisy and uncomfortable. • Extremely overpriced for what they offer.

Awesome stay! Thanks to Gulia & Diego!

We travel a lot , but this stay was something we will remember always and in fact we booked another stay next month while still staying down there. Gulia went an extra mile and helped as a lot. She is such a welcoming and warm person. Food and cocktails in a bar was amazing! Pool was the 1st class our little boy loved it. We look forward to see you all again in July ❤️

No air conditioning but not a big issue as Gulia gave us a fan

Lovely hotel but would not return due to roads

It has a pool, ping pong table, parking, elevator, and breakfast. Beautiful view of lake and mountains.

The road to get there is insane, one-lane on curvy mountain roads-very unnerving! I didn’t want to leave because of the driving. The pool is not heated-very cold at end of May. Our bathroom toilet was directly under the sink. I could have washed my hands while peeing-very cramped.

Good for a short stay

Fantastic view above Lake Garda, nice location. Parking available. Access to two pool areas. Clean. Friendly staff.

The bunk bed for children in the room was really outdated, it creaked all the time and there was no ladder. The room didn't have air conditioner, luckily we were given a fan which made the situation better (but it is very hot in the rooms during summer time without air conditioning).

Very clean room, everything was like on the pictures, and breakfast was extraordinary. Location is good too, but it is a small place, everything is close to centre anyway. There was a decent parking.

An absolutely fantastic place, top class. Absolutely the best stay of the entire trip. Amazing breakfast, access to two pool areas and a fantastic and breathtaking view high above Lake Garda. Very friendly and helpful straff. A nice small village with restaurants and nice surroundings. Highly recommend..

Both pools was amazing, place in small village and breakfest was really good. View from the window also was exciting.

Expectations (pictures) vs reallity, shower was quite small, as in previous places we had 2 room apartments (for cheaper price), then of course this room seemed quite small after that.

The perfect stay

I enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake from the balcony, the amazing and very well organized pools, as well as the food of the 3muzen, pool bar that is part of the hotel. The family that runs the business is very kind and nice, the quality of the food's ingredients is exvellent, as well as the one of the drinks The small village is very cute and peculiar. All and all, the perfect stay. Warmly suggested.

- Friendly and helpful staff - great new pool - great view over the lake - Basic room is sufficient for a short stay

- Breakfast with cheap products and little variety - room service came already at 8.30 for the first half of our stay - very thin walls, you can hear everything - small beds were moving during the night - you need to bring your own towels for the pool

Good hotel with great breakfast and additional facilities

The view! Swimming pools, one has very intresting and nice jacuzzi sistem in it. It’s family run hotel, they were very nice and helpfull. Breakfast is one of the best we had in Italy (variuos choses). The town centre nearby is small, but lovely. On the third floor in main building is wide terrase with few chairs and tables and with amazing view to mountains and lake. They are cleaning everyday, so it is not bad.

The room :) It needs renovation. Furniture looks wearen off, toulet button is broken, toulet paper is very cheap. Rugs in the corridors looks dirty.

Infinity pool with lake view

Super infinity pool with nice bar where an excellent breakfast is served. Great choice of drinks and snacks at the pool bar and the view from the pool/bar on the lake and the mountains was beautiful.

The room was small (as was written in the description though) and quite outdated (works are about to happen). However, everything we needed was available and we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Parking was not always easy, but the owner helped us out professionally. The drive up the mountain can be tricky and it wasn't entirely clear to us that the street up the hill was one-way between 10 AM and 7 PM.
