Hotel with a magnificent view

Very comfortable appartment at one of the most beatufiul places ever. Magnificent view on the lake. Nice breakfast, well equipped.

The only issue was that we were cold during our whole stay. My wife has to sleep in a jacket. The heating was functional but there is a temperature limit pre-set and you simply cannot increase it. We tried to talk to the reception several times and ask for higher temperature but they did not do anything.

Comfy apartments with beautiful views

All apartments have a wonderful lake and mountains view. Waking up to this view is amazing. All the facilities are also there. We were afraid it might be cold, as we were mid-April with rains forecast, but the heating worked well and we could enjoy our stay thoroughly. We were second time in the hotel and would not mind to come back.

Would make a great self contained get away for a few days, shame we were there for only on night.

Incredible location and amazing views. We only stayed one night, but could of stayed longer.

Renting bedding was a surprise, booked quickly so maybe over looked. Not convenient for a single night. Driving to the hotel was a bit hairy, narrow mountain roads.

Good for short stay with stunning view

The View, that was just fabulous. Pools were also nice, but it seems to be more a place for older people. If you just go there to stay for few nights for the view and you have your own bedding and towels with you, it might be nice. For longer stay it is not very comfortable, as it is on the top on the mountain and the trip itself takes a lot of time and fuel :)

The service, the staff at the reception was unfriendly and rude. Maybe if we would have been Germans, the attitude would have been different. There were also many surprises like we were told at the beginning that we can change the rented towels and bedding any time, but it was actually possible only during the cleaning stuff working, and later the change was also billed, no one informed us. For 10 days of stay, you did not get even extra toilet paper, you have to have that too. It is also poorly equipped. There were plates and cups, but no salt, sugar, soap, liquid to wash dishes, garbage bags or kitchen towel. When we had to leave 2 days earlier, they did not care and added that they have plenty of guests and we won't be missed. The only thing that was nice about it, was unfortunately the view.

Beautiful views, but would need some keeping up to date as everything is quite old.

- View on the lake is magnificent. - A table and chairs on the big balcony, and a parasole, which is great to enjoy breakfast or dinner with a view. - Enough parking spots for everyone. - Pleasant restaurant with good prices. - Big appartment, not too hot nor too cold.

- too bad the apartment only had single beds (four): we tried putting covers between the two to alter it into a double bed, but it was still quite uncomfortable and kept slipping. - It is quite odd in a hotel to have to pay extra if you want bedsheets and towels. What there was for free were pillows, mattress beddings, a big bed cover and some blankets in the wardrobe. - Very old pots and pans, with little choice for cooking, and pure metal so when heated you had to have a cloth to pick it up. No salt, pepper, oil etc. No kettle. Nothing provided to clean dishes with. - The gas was turned off so you'll have to turn it on yourself under the sink if you know how. - No toiletries provided. Not enough toilet paper for the whole stay. The window in the bathroom was impossible to close. - Spiders and webs in the corners of the rooms.

Exceptional

Apartman was clean and big it had a huge terrace with beautifull view at Lake Garda. We had a renovated apartment with modern furniture. Be prepared there are non renovated ones also, they should be great aswell just with older furniture as I could see. The size and the view to the lake is the same in both kind. 🙂 Pools are great however the water in them should have been a bit warmer. The whole sorrunding of the apartment is great. Only can recommend.

The kitchen equipment (pots) could be changed, but for 2 days we could manage. At this time of the year the heating could have been better...

It is really a wonderful location with a fenomenal view. The staff is very helpful and flexible. The appartman is comfortable and modern, the balcony is amazing. We loved it! Hope to come back in summer time too... ;)

Beautiful view with huge balcony

The view was obviously the selling point with the huge balcony. Large space with necessary plates and cups. The hotels restaurant was also very good with very decent prices and also a good view.

Not the most clean room and having to bring your own sheets or else pay a large amount. Leakey sink in the bathroom. An the extra €15 just for our dog which never had a fee anywhere while on our two week vacation. One of the near by balconys cigar smoke making it so we couldn't even leave our balcony doors open.

Nice view to the Garda!

Beds were comfortable, apartaments were clean, the view from terasa was amazing! The food from pizzeria was deliciuos. We had a great time in swimming pool also. There is shuttle bus 2 times in a day to the beach.

For us was little bit strange, we had to pay additional for bed linen and towels. It is hotel, so these items should be included in price. There wasn't teapot in apartaments (we had own). But overall apartaments was nice!

Top Aussicht bei gutem Essen

Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch und in der Pizzeria auf dem Grundstück gibt es leckere Fischgerichte zu humanen Preisen.

Der Ausblick bedeutet natürlich auch, dass man vom See Serpentinen nach oben fahren muss.

Tolle Aussicht, schöne Anlage, super nettes Personal sowohl im Hotel, als auch im tollen Restaurant, große, moderne Appartements, beheizter Innenpool. Gerne wieder!

Die Beleuchtung der Wege, speziell bei dem Appartements könnte besser sein. Es gibt zwar Lampen, aber die funktionieren nicht. Wir sind mir Taschenlampen unterwegs gewesen. Wenn es bereits kalt ist draußen, sollte die Heizung eingeschaltet sein und der Gast sollte nicht suchen müssen.

Csodás kilátás, barátságos, segítőkész személyzet, pihenésre tökéletes hely.

Csodálatos kilátás a szállásról a Garda-tóra, hatalmas terasz, csendes, meghitt légkör.

Apróságok, de a mindennapi használat során szükséges eszközök hiánya, amelyek a szállás tartozékai szerint fel voltak sorolva. Pl. wc papír, Ingyen pipereholmi, takarítószerek. Esetleg még a zuhanyfülkénél a törölköző- és tusfürdőtartó akasztók.

Linda vista no café da manhã.

A vista que se tem do quarto é maravilhosa. O apartamento estava bem limpo. A cama de casal até era confortável (dividimos em 2 camas), mas os colchões no beliche eram desconfortáveis. Quem dormiu lá se queixou de desconforto e dores no corpo. Pelo custo-benefício, penso que poderiam fornecer toalhas de banho, papel higiênico e detergente (tinho 10 ml só). No mais foi bem agradável. Recomendo.

Sehr gute Lage mit traumhafter Seesicht

Die Treppe zur Wohnung hatte keine Beleuchtung und war dunkel. Abends könnte man stürzen. Keine Müllentsorgungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe von Wohnung oder Hotel. Fenster und Tür waren nicht mit Insektennetz ausgestattet. WC hatte keinen Luftabzug.

Schöner Blick, aber das Hotel ist nichts für "Älteres Leute" oder Familien mit Kleinen Kindern !

Kommen wir zum positiven, der Blick vom Balkon war einzigartig schön. 2 Swimming Pools vorhanden (allerdings) war es zu kalt....

Das einchecken in die Zimmer ist ein Chaos, da nichts groß beschildert ist, so haben wir minutenlang den Eingang (Lobby) bzw. die Rezeption gesucht. Das einchecken in die Zimmer , der Transport von mehreren Koffern und Gepäck lief über zig Treppen und Wege und Treppen, dazu kam das wir ein kleines Kind hatten (Geländer fehlten tlw.) und auch einen Hund. Auch manche Treppenfliesen waren nicht mehr ganz okay, entweder locker,scharfkantig abgebrochen etc.... Zwar sind Pools vorhanden diese sind allerdings sehr kalt, und das Babybecken hatte keinen Einstieg und war ebenfalls tief und kalt. Der Spielplatz war eine Katastrophe, die Hänge Kletterbrücke war kurz vor dem Zusammenfallen, und überall war Gefahr sich einen Holzspreisel einzufangen da alles uralt war. Parkplatzsuche war auch grausam, und die Fahrt ins innere der Anlage ist nichts für große Autos..alles extrem eng.

Schöner Mix von modern und charismatischen Wohnen mit Seeblick

Modernes Appartement mit tollen Seeblick, klein aber fein. Ordentlich und sauber. Personal freundlich und lösungsorientiert bei Wünschen. Pool und Spielplatz gut erhalten.

Parkplätze sollten nummeriert werden da Nachbarn oft rücksichtslos parken kann aber Hotel nichts dafür.
