Perfect getaway location, both short and long for anyone (family, couples, friends). Thank you!

Excellent location with the fantastic view every single day. It was very convenient to have a pizza restaurant right in the same building for those lazy days after wandering around. Indoors pool was also really good entertainment for some days and plenty for kids to explore.

Might be that the water pressure/drainage could have been better, but considering the placement, facilities were really good. Also some things could have been slightly upgraded, like sauna which was not working/functional, but that’s not critical.

The place and sights were outstanding, but the Hotel is located quite high on the hills. I recommend to use a car If you want to move around the Garda.

There was no daily cleaning service in rooms or it didnt informed for us. There was seperate fee If you needed a New towels for example.

Lovely location, nice room, but quite basic

Lovely location high on the mountain looking over the lake, property was very clean except for ants in our bathroom.

The bathroom had ants, reception gave us ant killer but it never worked. Property is in a small mountain town, impossible to get to without a car, property needs a shop or at least somewhere to buy a drink or an ice cream is essential.

Stunning views, breakfast and restaurant but let down by remote location without a car and not adve.

The pool and location which had the most spectacular views of Lake Garda and the surrounding hills. The restaurant for dinner was great and breakfast plentiful and clean.

The lack of instruction from the hotel that a car is essential. The hotel is located in Tignale and is not properly serviced by public transport and is set back in the hills. Only one toilet roll supplied and guests advised to take their own plus washing up liquid and tea towels. A taxi cost 40 euros to travel 6 miles to Gargnano to catch the ferry. Several taxi trips required. The last taxi had collected 3 girls from hotel next door to ours. They were travelling the same 6 miles as us, yet the driver charged both groups 40 euros each! A total of 80 euros to travel a mere 6 miles. Felt totally ripped off!!

Great location! Certainly looking forward to come back

Great location with fabulous views of Lake Garda. Clean, spacious and comfortable room/apartment. Super friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast and great dinner options at the restaurant. Free transport to the Tignale beach with the included Tignale card.

Check-out times are rather early. Not the most modern facilities but totally acceptable at the price point!

Very poor, we left after 1 night

Location

Room in particular, which we complained about but no other was available according to them: - very outdated, dirty couch and smell from bathroom - no airco but also no mosquitoes screens for windows - unsuitable location to have a room as was above the kitchen, a large industrial vent next to it and next to parking for restaurant meant that you couldn’t really sleep with windows open whilst in the summer with no airco this is a must - very noisy from other rooms literally could hear if another room flushed their toilet In need of a fulsome renovation, not worth the money

Great week spent with family in a beautiful location.

Beautiful location, with stunning views of the lake. Facilities great, liked the option of having the indoor pool for when it was a little cooler outside. The restaurant does great pizza!

Would advise having a car to get around, we had a hire car so wasn’t a problem.

Great location, great facilities, great restaurant

Room was in a bad location at the back of the building on the ground floor. Couldn’t really open windows at night in case people could look in while we were in bed. Room was stuffy. Check in person was really quite inhospitable. We were aware it was a holiday apartment but would have expected some ‘starter’ items eg. Small washing up liquid. Instead we bought a big bottle with the hope it would be left for the next guest.

When we arrived the receptionist told us we have to pay half of the amount, that it was only paid half by booking. Which was wrong, as we paid the whole amount by booking before we came. At the end she said it was a missunderstanding and everything is ok. That was a bit annoying for us.

this place is amazing. Great pools, the views are absurd, the restaurant is surprisingly solid and it is close to others in nearby towns. Friendly staff and otherworldly view above the lake are the highlights. I would definitely stay again,.

Great view from the room, balcony from the lake side, tasty breakfasts and very kind service. Moreover also parking was available for guests.

Unfortunately, in the bedroom there was a lot of noise when using the bathroom by other guests in the hotel. Any turning on of the water during the night or flushing the water was so loud that it could wake anyone up no matter how sound sleep they had.

Great time with family and friends

The view was stunning, nice restaurant and friendly staff. We liked the location as was quiet (end of Aug), 2 swimming pools, everything was nice and children had a good time too. We had a lovely stay for great value and I believe we will be back here in the future.

largely exceeded expectations

I liked the unique view the most. Really amazing. Both from the balconies and from the restaurant and pool. The pool is really refreshing :) But for those who are too cold, there is an indoor pool. The restaurant has delicious food. The rooms are tidy, the kitchen has enough dishes for cooking. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is a small shop nearby. A really good supermarket is at the top, in the town of Gardola. I recommend driving the products, it will be difficult to bring them back:) Eat ice cream and go for a walk in the evening. A fine path leads:) the track is steep. But the town is cozy, those tracks offer beautiful views. We are very happy with the choice.

the bed was too hard for me. wish the restaurant was open all day, you could buy ice cream and lunch. However, it is open for breakfast and from 5 p.m. But that was not a big problem

Beautiful location with really amazing view over the lake Garda and the mountains on the other bank of the lake. Sun terrace and swimming pool which especially the kids enjoyed very much. Breakfasts in the restaurant and friendly staff.

Everything was perfect. Very pleasant personal. Perfect view on the Lago di Garda. Two swimming pools (outside and inside). Incredibly good breakfast. Dinner was relatively cheap, with broad selection of the meals and everytime all was perfect.

Awesome view on lake Garda, restaurant on premise and 2 pools. There was alot of good in there. Probably would stay there again just for the views and pool.

The staff was a little grumpy. I have stayen in 10 places over last 3 weeks and this place had the grumpyest staff. Othervise place was great.

Stunning views, good value for two night stay

The views. The Views. Did I say the views. I booked the 2 bed apartment even though there were only two of us as it had the best views. The pool area was nice but we really didn't use it much, we stayed for two nights in September We were able to avail of the complimentary shuttle to the beach which was nice.

Would have liked not to have to buy everything as it was a short stay for us. Some toiletries and soap, and basic kitchen items for cleaning would have been nice. The climb , lots if hills but you have to go up fof the best views, so not a real negative.

We stayed in a big family apartment and got everything that we could think of - a well-equipped kitchen, lots of towels, a huge balcony with a fantastic view, two swimming pools and a great restaurant.

Super Aussicht, Frühstücken auf der Terrasse im Sonnenschein! Das Essen abends in der angeschlossenen Pizzeria war immer lecker!

Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Küche war gut ausgestattet .
