The staff is very helpful and always smiling The hotel is nicely located near Lake Garda and amazing views

The hotel is aging a lot. We initially got a small room with a very bad mattress. We asked to change to another room and got a more comfortable one... The wifi is quite bad and in some places even non-existent. This is especially a problem because there is also limited network in the area.

Very nice accommodation. Very pleasant staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Swimming in the pool at sunset was the icing on the cake. Very tasty breakfast. Highly recommended.

Pleasant

The hotel is located in the "central" square of the village. The staff is very friendly and competent. We really felt welcome and every interaction we had with the staff was quite nice. The parking is close to the property.

The property is a bit dated, the furniture in the room looks of poor quality and the bathroom is small and uncomfortable. The beds are not very comfortable either. There is a window on top of the door from the hall, and the curtain that was placed there to stop the fluorescent light used in the hall, is not effective.

The hotel is in a lovely small village, the breakfast in the restaurant next to the hotel was very good. The pool area is really nice, and the staff is very kind.

There are only limited place for parking in the hotel's parking.

Superb

Amazing location very close to everything Tignale can offer you (restaurants, supermarkets, amazing views). The room was super clean and very confortable. The included breakfast was half self-service half served by waitress and with Covid times is very appreacited.

The noise from outside was noticeable very early, around 6:30am so was difficult to sleep longer than expected.
