Sehr nettes Personal, immer fröhlich aber nie aufdringlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr hervorzuheben, die Zimmer waren immer tip top. Traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse auf den See und die Berge. Der Pool ist recht groß und man bekam zu jeder Zeit einen Platz mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm.
Schade ist, dass es in diesem Ort keinen Bus gibt, so war man immer auf das eigene Auto angewiesen, denn die Lage ist schon recht weit oben am Berg.

Sehr gutes Restaurant uns sowohl im Restaurant als auch im Hotel beste , sehr nette Betreuung durch das Personal .

Śniadanie monotonne przy dłuższym pobycie, mało urozmaicone,( wędlina, jajko na twardo, jeden ser) ale doskonała kawa i spory wybór dla słodkiego. Bardzo czysto i miły personel.
Wyposażenie pokoju : brak gniazdek poza tymi przy łóżku. Był czajnik (o czym nie było wcześniej informacji), tylko był problem z korzystaniem z niego. Lokalizacja rozczarowała, bez samochodu nie można nigdzie się ruszyć. Brak możliwości spacerów po okolicy czy drobnych zakupów(napoje). Mimo zakazu palenia byli palący "uprzywilejowani".
