apartment was dirty and even after cleaning crew came to clean it, with a bad attitude I might add, it was still dirty and the bathroom stank of mold.

False Advertisement

The staff were very friendly and responsive. Our shower drain was draining very slowly when we arrived at the room and reception had someone out to fix the issue within 10 minutes of letting them know.

This felt a bit like a bait-and-switch. They advertised a lake view with stunning views but put us in a room with the view mostly obscured by trees. The view looked nothing like the advertised photo. Also, the Wi-fi was very slow and would constantly drop out. It was often unusable during the trip and averaged about 3.5 Mbps when it did work.

Had an enjoyable stay!

The location was great and the view was stunning. The restaurant had a delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and playroom with ping pong. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

Don’t book half board service isn’t good

The view was great, overall well maintained facilities

Booked the halfboard. One night no food was brought by the service, food was cold, didn’t get offered water and drinks one night, coffee machine didn’t work for several days. Ants everywhere in the apartment

Amazing stay

Amazing spacious apartment. Old but well maintained, everything worked. Splendid breakfast, with dishes changed every day. Balcony overlooking lake Garda.

The view, the fact that there is a little kitchen and fridge. That you can order rolls/Croissants for breakfast and get them delivered to your door. The little village is amazing too. Loved that there was a cooking class on how to make Tiramisu

the light in the bedroom wasn’t working and the Color from the roof in the bathroom came down. one small and one large towel is def not enough for a woman, needs to be exchanged and there was no hand towel in the bathroom. the treadmill and Crosstrainer wasn’t working, it’s not really a gym( should be updated in the description) but we haven’t addressed anything so this all might be exchanged if we would have said anything as the staff was very proactive.

Breathtaking View!

When we booked this place we did not expect to have such a view from our balcony. The residence is located on the top of a mountain overlooking Garda Lake. From our windows and balcony we had breathtaking view of lake and the mountains around. The personnel was very attentive and kind at the restaurants and the reception.

Beautiful apartment to stay

The views were spectacular, staff extremely friendly and supportive, every day was a little entertainment for kids and adults,breakfast was lovely, loved everything during our stay. Definitely will be coming back.

The WiFi inside properly very slow, the hotel is located on the hill and it's quite tricky to get there,the apartment little bit small for 5 people, but apart of that we loved everything ❤

loved everything about this hotel. indoor pool was perfect in October. the ladies at the desk were fantastic. so friendly and helpful. the apartments were very clean and fully stocked. only thing I would add is a toaster.

the location is beautiful but be prepared to drive up the mountain for a 15-20 mins. but I don’t consider this a drawback. totally worth it. google maps will tell you to drive straight close to the top. ignore it and go left past the store instead. I don’t think there was anything I really disliked.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The breakfast is good and worth the money. The in door pool is very nice.

The location is hard to get and drive - for young drivers or old people i would consider this road as dangerous and life risking. Cleaning services are done only once before getting the room. There is no change of towels and sheets. No option for hit before October even if it's cold If you want to use the hit before October you need to pay extra 9 Euro per day If you want to change towels you need to pay 4 euro per person for single towel you change The hotel self laundering services open in the hours when you are out and travel between 10 am and 6 pm. If you want to clean the room during your staying you need to pay extra 20 euro but it not including the kitchen and the bathroom - so what is consider as cleaning?! The WIFI is working only in the Lobby area. You need to wait 5 min till you get hot water in the shower.

It is a wonderful place. Great pools indoors and outdoors. The kitchen includes everything what is needed. We are always happy to come back!

Very good value for money with friendly staff and fantastic views of the lake

Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced, parking was convenient, the view from the balcony was fantastic and we actually enjoyed the location a little further up from the lake as it was quiet and calm. The apartment was spacious and very clean and had a very good value for money, especially for the area. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant has great views and very friendly staff, too.

The apartment was in need for a more modern touch, furniture is functional but dated and bathroom needs an update. Waiting times at reception were long. We didn’t use the pool as it was very crowded and the spaces were always taken. Restaurant was inflexible to accommodate allergy/nutritional needs.

Wonderful view, quiet surroundings, great that the hotel has indoor and outdoor pools. This allows children to always find activities. In the room you have all equipment needed.

The first ascent to the hotel on the mountain is a challenge. Pillows could be more comfortable. Breakfast: lots of great sweets, delicious coffee, but there was a shortage of real food for the kids to eat. There were pancakes with whipped sausages inside and you could put the sausages separately. We decided to have breakfast ourselves for the rest of the days.

We liked everything - apartment, staff, view from balcony. Staff was really friendly and nice, we felt so welcomed. View from the terrace was amazing 🏔 Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Only thing that was a bit disturbing, was a soundproof. In bedroom we heard everytime when neighbours was in shower or flushed the toilet.

Great place to visit Garda Lake area

Great location. Incredible, breathtaking view. Swimming pool and fitness area access included in the price. Playing room for kids and additional playing area outside.

Additional charging for rooms/bathroom heating - at the beginning of May there was 10 Celsius deg. and Hotel was charging additional fee of 9 Euro for apartment heating. Hotel can charge also additional 20 Euro penalty for not cleaning kitchen and leaving garbage even if cleaning service is included in the reservation price (cleaning service included in reservation = 45 Euro) - prices for May 2022.
