Location with an incredible view, lovely hosts and beautiful renovated structure.

We ran into multiple members of the staff throughout our stay and every single one of them were absolutely wonderful, especially with our 18 month old. The room was beautiful, as well as the quiet and beautiful location. My husband and I are both gluten free and we had plenty to eat for breakfast and a delicious dinner. It was about a 20 minute drive down to Limone, which is convenient for those visiting during the summer and want to spend time at the lake.

No complaints, everything was wonderful.

Cozy and restful apartments with incredible view

Our second time here and same perfect experience. The apartment felt like a cozy and restful nest away from home with beautiful decoration with great attention to detail. everything contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. The stunning view made this time perfect. Breakfast, as the first time, exceeded expectations. Every morning we were greeted with a generous and varied menu: tasty coffee, fresh fruits, cheeses, ham, scrambled eggs, pastries, juices and etc. This place is perfect for those who seek relaxation, comfort and beauty. We plan to return here next year again.

A little bit too hot inside during the day but it is not a big problem because in the evening temperature drops and you can open the windows and enjoy perfectly fresh air.

Exceptional

The hotel was beautiful, the arquitecture, the interior design, really really beautiful. The staff was very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The cleaning lady did an amazing job with the rooms, they were impecable. I am sensitive to smells and the place smelled great. Fresh flowers at the entrance and the rooms smelled like clean laundry, a pleasure to enter our room every time. Breakfast was delicious, and the view amazing. Also the mini spa was enjoyable too.

The location was beautiful. Love the charming old village with an incredible view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and nicely designed, and very well cared for. Very clean accommodations!!!

Beautifully located - luxury boutique experience

The location was incredible, particularly the views from the small dining room. Breakfasts were great and the mini spa and jacuzzi pool were a lovely amenity to have to wind down

We booked a Deluxe Room with Balcony, and arriving in our room we didn’t have a balcony - with it being such a nice room though, we were happy with where we were. Communication was difficult at times - it wasn’t always easy to find someone to speak to. We of course don’t just expect everyone to speak English when visiting abroad so appreciated the effort made to help us when needed

REALLY good value for money

My mum and I have been on a massive trip around Europe, and this was hands down our favourite hotel. Firstly, it’s beautiful, in a lovely quiet little location a bit up from the beach. Extremely welcoming staff. My mum is in a wheelchair which I forgot to state on my booking (just an FYI, the hotel itself is wheelchair accessible, not it isn’t when getting up to it, but they do have hotel rooms outside of the hotel down the little streets. Katya mentioned that she will look into sorting this for future guests, so it’s accessible for all), Katya worked hard to help us move rooms, and offered to take money off it as we were getting a much smaller room which worked out fine for us. She designed the rooms herself and all are different, they are so beautifully designed and smell GORGEOUS. YOU NEED to eat at the restaurant, Genti, the chef is just so talented. You can tell he loves what he does. He can *really* cook and I can understand why the restaurants is always fully booked, so definitely book ahead. I wanted to take him home and be my personal chef 😉, really nice breakfast choices too, which they brought to our room! Katya was also very knowledgable about the best places to go for a wheelchair users, etc.

Absolutely marvellous from start to finish

The location is breathtaking and the hotel is an absolute gem. It‘s one of those rare finds where every detail is thought through - from the room themes to an absolute feast of a breakfast. It‘s a place to recharge body and soul and to feel at home. The staff is amazing and you can feel how much love is being put in every detail.

Garda at it's best

What a view , on the edge of a cliff 400m up overlooking lake Garda ! Lots of places to see, from visiting wonderful romantic cities like Limone to hiking ( or bicycle) pristine mountains and valleys nearby, very nice restaurant in the hotel, wonderful mini spa, very nice rooms and comfortable beds, the staff were all great ! Beautiful spot, exceptional hosts

Wonderful, spotless rooms - and super friendly and personal service! Katia is an excellent host helping where she can. Food was very good, even when we arrived quite late (10:45pm) the chef cooked dinner for us without hesitation. The only thing was missing would be a balcony to every room - but sometimes you can’t have it all. That’s Team for a great stay

An oasis in the mountains

Fantastic place, fantastic room. Modern, quiet, well-decorated and spacious. And the view from the room, oh my God, the view. We enjoyed the complimentary mini-spa under the restaurant, and the kink of other guests walking on the glass roof. Really facinating detail. Breakfast was good and sufficient, staff was very friendly and helpful - the place in itself is phenomenal.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und bieten einen traumhaften Ausblick über den Gardasee. Die nahegelegenen Restaurants und Bars bieten alles was man sich für einen Italienurlaub wünscht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es keine an der Unterkunft gelegenen Parkplätze gibt und der Zugang für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität beschwerlich sein kann.

Un altro anno insieme brindando al chiaro di luna

Vista splendida a picco sul lago. Staff gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Noi siamo arrivati molto tardi ma il cuoco ha comunque improvvisato una cenetta. La colazione è assai ricca e variegata. Dal dolce al salato, tutto fatto da loro... e la ragazza delle colazioni molto gentile. La cena offre molti piatti, tutti basati su prodotti del territorio, preparati al momento, curati con notevole creatività e serviti con grande senso di ospitalità in una veranda molto elegante e con splendida vista sul lago. La responsabile è stata ipercomprensiva e molto disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni problema.

La strada per arrivare al paese, fatta di sera, è un po impegnativa: stretta e non molto illuminata... meglio arrivarci quando è ancora chiaro
