A nice family vacation

We had a huge balcony with sea view where I could work out in the morning. The towels were changed every 2 days. There was a clothing rack for sun drying swimming suits and towels. We left early on our last day and the staff prepared sandwiches for us because we had breakfast included. The bathroom was spatious and shelves everywhere where needed. Location is great, nice beach within a walking distance and many options for eating out. Great feta at breakfast.

The breakfast was basic. The expandable armchair was not comfortable to sleep on, might work for a couple of nights but not for an entire vacation.

Wonderful stay

Everything about our stay was perfect! The sea view was stunning, the location, pool and cleanliness ideal. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out to us was the thoughtful touch on the day we checked out. We had to leave early in the morning, and without us even asking, they packed us a takeaway breakfast so we wouldn’t leave on an empty stomach. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Can't wait to come back!

Lovely & Peaceful

Hotel sits in a beautiful hill on top of Notos. Easy reach to markets and cafes, even by a 10 mins of walk. This part of the island have beautiful beaches to swim and spend your day. Hotel is very cosy, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is great & you have lots of options. You can have dinner for extra cost, which is also filling. Great staff: Problem solver & always positive!

Our room is neighbor to 3 other balconies. Mind to be quiet if it's late at night.

It made us have a pleasant holiday

We had breakfast and dinner included. The products were beautiful and varied. The staff was friendly and engaging. The location of the hotel was very close to attractions and beaches. The view and balcony from our room was beautiful. it was clean and convenient.

The air conditioner was making a lot of noise when it was working, we had to turn it off at night while we were sleeping. There was noise coming from the adjacent rooms and corridors.

Thasos 2022

It was a nice stay and the location as well, but quite far from the beach and the center. Wonderful staff, good food, varied and delicious breakfast 😋🍉 🥐, dinner focused more on salads but you always had some kind of meat with a side dish, and delicious pasta (my little girl liked it the most) but at dinner you didn't even have water included, everything you wanted to drink was paid extra! Clean and spacious rooms, large terrace, peace and relaxation. 💤💤

As minuses: the very bad internet connection, the rather small parking lot, the bed linen was not changed at all during the 5 days😒, the water in the pool is quite cold 🥶 *and as an idea the location is in the south of the island quite far from the most famous beaches, but for us it was not disturbing because we had a car and went to a different beach every day, but if you don't have transport you are a bit "stuck" in Potos.. a last option would be the buses🚌

Amazing family stay in this beautiful place

Tasty food, very good choice, personal touch to every customer. Homemade bread, homemade sweets, amazing food, perfect location, beautiful sunsets. Nothing can be asked more!

The only BIG problem is that is was too short :) 5 days in Paradise are not enoug to switch yourself off from the real life

Wow - from the moment you step in and get the lovely warm welcome at reception you love the place.Extremely spacious room and balcony.Beautiful bathroom.Great to have the kitchenette where we have a good size fridge.Really comfortable bed.Food at breakfast and dinner was really good Good car parking..Such a relaxing place.Was great to be 2 mins away from the pool and in the evening on the terrace such a beautiful view over the bay and the sunset.A perfect place.The owners make you feel you are really valued.Excellent value - would happily stay again.

Highly recommended accomodation in Potos

Clean hotel with nice and big rooms. The location is just wow, the sunsets and the view of Potos are amazing! The two owners are very nice and helpful, always smiling! The breakfast was above expectations to be honest. We just loved almost everything at the location and would strongly recommend for a peaceful stay in Thassos. The fact that its on the outskirts of Potos, no traffic or noise, and 10 minutes by foot from San Antonio beach and tavern. Also the parking is spacious and you find parking spots at any hour you come home.

The fridge in the room reminded me of my grandma, since it made noise every time it started. The WI-FI also reminded me of the old times using dial-up, since it was almost non existent and barely worked, Thank GOD for 4G and roaming.

A place worth coming back to

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the city of Potos, but far from the crowd. The hotel has a unique and very natural appearance, with a lot of stone around and olive trees. There are many stone paths, which makes it attractive for children who like to explore. We especially liked the terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The view is gorgeous, you can see the sunsets and the sea. The food was very diverse. Different kinds of food every day. The bed linen was changed very often as well as the towels. In the evening, when we returned from the beach, the room was airy, the trash can changed. I agree with what other guests said, the host and her daughter were very nice, and eager to make your stay pleasant. Both mother and daughter are very good English speakers. Even if you are an introverted person, and you don't feel like communicating, they are very discreet and only greet you with a smile. We were also impressed by the waiter who works in the evening - I think his name is Stamatis - very smiling and friendly with children. He seemed to us a very good man at heart. Both Helene and Stamatis are very hardworking, I often saw them finish work close to midnight and the next day they were in good spirits. And that is to be appreciated. I don't want to forget Lucky, who is a very nice and gentle beagle puppy. Our daughter greeted him every evening when we returned from the beach and petted him.

Very good

We loved the view from the terrace where we had breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and well equipped, it had a small kitchenette (which we did not use) with a small cooking machine and some kitchenware, the bathroom was also a bit small but we had everything necessary. The window had an insect net. Food was good, diverse and tasty. Honestly it made me look forward to the end of the day when we returned to the property, and we were going to sit at a table on the terrace and enjoy our dinner, a glass of wine and the sunset!

The surroundings might look a bit unattended - the pool is not clean, can't use it for its purpose, only for its decorative effect. Water was actually green and opaque, except for the day after the rain. However, that might be due to the fact that the pool is more like a pond, quite big, with a sort of cascade and I'm sure its maintenance is a great deal of work and expense.

Superb

We have truly enjoyed the splendid view of the surroundins. The apartament was very spacious, clean and cosy, with a lovely terrace and olive trees for shadow. The staff is very kind and very friendly. Even though the access to the nearest beach is not as close as they say it is, you can easily get to some splendid beaches in a few minutes by car. We would have liked to stay for a few more dată as the entire area has so much to offer. A place we would like to see again..

We would have appreciated if we had been told in the first place that dinners in the half board menu included no drinks whatsoever. So we had to pay a little extra at the end of our stay. However, the glass of Greek wine savored while mesmerized by the perfect sunset was definitely worthwhile.

Best view, homemade food and huge rooms

The hotel is very tidy and clean. The staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time with my family including my one year old kid. Our room, which by regular standarts is considered to be apartment was very big, equiped with small kitchen and hot plate. This was handy for the meals of my kid. Bathroom was clean, floor was not slippery and overall the hotel is well maintaned and deserves to be categorised 5 stars. The view is the best in all the hotels in the island. You have the sea, olives, mountains and nature. The vacation was worth every penny. I send regards to the staff from me and my boy - Hristo.

The best choice in Thassos

The people there are very kind and amable, always calm and helpfull. I felt like home with such a professional staff. I ate the best soups of my life, the entire food was great and diversified (the juice was not the best, but ok). I loved the view from balcony, the fact that the room is very big and clean. I give 10 of 10, this hotel is the best choice.

Everything was perfect, only one suggestion : the floor from balcony should be painted, to look as good as the room 😁

The staff was so welcoming, I will absolutely return to this hotel thanks to them. The food was absolutely excellent and I even received the receipt of a cookie I ate here. The rooms are very large and so clean always, good bathroom appliances, spacefull shower, large enough fridge to deposit multiple bottles. The waiters were so nice and made us feel very comfortable, impecable service overall. The hotel has 3 stars, in my opinion, it deserves more. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all that want to visit Thassos.

Kallisti is above all about the people. Kaliopi, Elena, Yannis made our stay unbelievable, while our daughter fell in love with them instantly. The place itself is different than most of Thassos places. Common sense finally found its home, at Kallisti. The room, the views, the food...everything was as it should. As a conclusion, if we're ever coming back in Thassos, we wouldn't search for another accomodation than Kallisti.
