Comfortable stay near Potos beach

The hotel is located very close to the beach, with spacious rooms and a good continental breakfast. The staff is friendly and eager to help (they packed breakfast for us as we departed very early). The neighboring area is full of souvenir shops and restaurants and pleasant to walk through at night.

We were allocated the room right next to reception, meaning it was a bit loud in the morning, and also the sounds from the street were very easily heard in the evening, as the balcony faced the main street. The wifi signal was very weak in the room, despite it being so close to the reception.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a short walk away from a good restaurant, a nice beach and the main alley. The room was on the back of the hotel and it was clean and quiet with a view to the pool.

The main thing are insects in the area. The hotel is right next to a small olive/pine forest. There were a lot of wasps near the pool during breakfast. Like.. a lot. And there always is a mosquito near you in the hours after dark.

We had a great stay

The hotel is very well located, close to the center of the resort. It does not have its own parking lot, but there is a huge free parking lot across the street.

The room is a little to small for a family with 2 children and baggages. The bathroom is small with a tiny shower cabin.

The location is really at the heart of Potos

First of all the hotel does not offer free parking and it is difficult to park somewhere near the hotel. The room wan really small (standard 3 person room) and it was pretty dark. The room also was on ground level so we could not leave the door/window open for some breeze. The hotel seems a lot more luxurious in photos compared to reality.

We really enjoyed how the staff treat the guest. This hotel it's a modest place with modest people and warm stuff. In many cases we judge a book by the cover (stars).

Perfect

Loved everything about our stay. Starting with very welcome staff, we had to arrive very late at night and there was a person to meet us and gave us the key. Ana from reception gave us lots of useful advices in terms of places to visit and places to eat, and also was very open about our ask for last day breakfast, as we had to leave earlier in the morning Ana ensured it was sent to our room the night before. :) and Evangelia was like a little sunshine, always positive and open to our requests in regards with pool bar. To mention breakfast was very good, adults and the little one enjoyed it a lot. It was divers and changed daily. The room was spacious & clean with view the pool & see and had a great balcony. Room was cleaned daily, and towels also were changed daily and bedsheets each 3 days. Wifi was good as well. Hotel is located 2-5 min walk to Potos sandy beach where you have access to lots of great tavernas & bars. Close to center of the city were you have different shops to satisfy everyone needs. There is even a bakery, which we enjoyed a lot. :) In short, great hotel, great staff, great location and last but not least perfect for families with small kids

The Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful, so this made our stay very pleasant. 2 Ladies from the Reception and Lady who worked at the Breakfast were always smiling and friendly. Thanks to that we have great impressions about the hotel. Also, the hospitality level is great: we were allowed to check out later than we should (In accordance to our trip back schedule) and received a sweet hotel present at the check out. They did whatever is possible from their end to make our stay beautiful. :)

It would be nice to have a cooking hub in the Kitchen (At least a small one).

The pool schedule - basically cannot be used...; distance to the beach; breakfast space too tiny, small tables...need a larger space; you can hear the noise from the room if you are on side with the breakfast / pool arena

Nice stay in Potos

Very friendly stuff, tried to help us with all our questions (although sometimes it seemed they didn't completely understand our requests ;). Cheap laundry service, good breakfast (everyday a bit different), near some beaches and restaurants, altogether we had a great stay.

In the evening the parking situation might be tricky and one night some guests were really loud (but of course it's not the hotel's fault).

Everything was great, the room was clean, towels are changed every day. breakfast was ok... but I regret that it was identical for 10 days, the only thing that changed was the bacon pie and sausage... otherwise, for every recommendation, the location and the pool are worth ten.

The high rating is only for the staff! The location is very good. Near to the beach and the central street with restaurants. The staff is absolutely amazing! They made us feel like a super special guests! Especially the girl who greeted us. I'm sorry I didn't remember her name! I like that they changed the towels every day.

There is no parking. The bed was awful. It creaked even with little movement. It was not a whole bed, but two next to each other with a rigid frame in the middle. The toilet seat could not stand upright. It was falling fast and was dangerous for our 3 year old. The room was a little bit worn out. The bathroom too. Our room was on the ground floor so it was quite noisy. We didn't like the breakfast. There were no vegetables, just a little salad with onions, which was not to our taste. There was mostly puff pastry stuff, fried food and pastries. I wanted to have a healthy breakfast and the only option for me was a boiled egg and olives every day.

A pleasant staying with very kind stuff

The stuff was very kind, polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with a nice pool view and nice finishing. The location was excellent only few minutes away from the center of Potos.

The breakfast was a bit basic with not much of variety.

All great. The room was clean and as described on Booking. The staff was extremely polite, but also friendly and welcoming. The sunset view from the balcony astonishing!

Breakfast did not have too many options. The shower and sink in the bathroom were somehow combined which means if one is having a shower, the other one cannot use the sink.

We couldn't use the pool before 11am but it's normal to avoid the noise in the morning
