This is our second stay at the hotel. We had a wonderful time in 2024, so we stayed longer this year

Cleaning was poor! We find MOLD. Not a 4 star hotel for sure

What we enjoyed? Few things were good: the pool (but you don't have access after sunset), the hotel's bar which can serve you drinks on the beach, free sunbeds on the beach, breakfast was good but not wow and you get the same food every day, it's getting booring after few days already. Another good part was direct acces to the beach, but won't get that blue waters and great view. Just a beach and nothing more.

I start with bad cleaning and with the mention that we booked the most expensive & big apartment they have... Cleaning was very poor. First thing we noticed: a heavy smell inside the apartment. I saw that if AC is off, the smell disappers. And of course, I checked the AC. When I opened it... a lot of dust, mold and bad smelling coming from it. We had our vacantion in the first week of July. So at the start of the season. What I find in the AC is the hard proof that AC units were never cleaned since last year. Another bothering matter were the beds. They were very hard, rough, I get instant backpain after first night. I had to improvise and use a winter blanket under the bed sheets to make if less rough, but I didn't. After 3-4 night, I got used to the pain. The interior of the rooms showed wear and tear, bathroom shower cabin was full of chalk and dirty in many spots. The shower upstairs get hot water only off rush hours. And low water pressure. I had to get used to take cold showers on a daily basis. Also the sink was blocked partially. This is what you actualy get from a 4 star hotel? Meh. For the amount we payed: 3000€ for 6 nights, this experience leaves us a bad taste and not a good memory overall. Things we liked were too little for the rest. If the hotel was cheaper and if it was presented as a 3 star hotel, I would be less harsh and would get a 7/10. But when you pay this kind of money for a 4 star hotel (which is not), you expect only high quality services. I'm shocked that many people consider this a good deal. If you have medium to high standars of life, take this review into account in order to avoid experiences like ours. There are better choice on Thasos Island.

Great hotel, even better than last year, we'll come again

It's our 2nd time in a raw ans it was even better than last year. The cleaning service is better, we had fresh lemonade during the day (nice touch :)), no wasps. The room are great for families, the beach is also nice, the sunset spectacular, close to Potos if you want some noise and crowds, but far enough if you want quiet evening.

I liked everything, but improvements can be made on the beach cleaning and the restaurant comfort. The food is very good, bur the chairs are not very comfortable and a bit dark in the evening

Disappointing

Location and food was good.

The room was not clean. For two days in a row the bathroom was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The shower gel and shampoo were not refilled and they forgot to provide us with towels. The facilities are outdated and there is no available parking place for all guests. Rooms need to be renovated. Furthermore the only reason that the hotel is 4stars is because is beachfront.if not beachfront the hotel should be max 2 starts.very expensive for no reason.better places to stay with better prices around

Dear Hotel Management, We recently stayed at your hotel for holiday and entertainment purposes. I would like to thank you for the cleanliness of your hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the facilities at the hotel, the ease of transportation and the excellence of the food. Your hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our rooms were cleaned every day and our sheets and towels were changed every day. Our bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to all our questions and requests. Especially the staff at the reception were very caring and helpful. The amenities at your hotel were diverse. There was a pool, beach, restaurant, bar and much more. All places were very clean and well maintained. Food at the hotel was delicious. There were different menus every day and everything was so fresh and delicious. We hope to come to your hotel again soon. I recommend your hotel to everyone. Kind regards, Ali Ogul

A wonderful holiday!

Everything was excellent! Staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is on the beach, has a very good location. The pool was also excellent especially for the kids who prefer to swimming in the pool. The food was great and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was excellent, certainly we comeback to Atrium. Thank you very much for the hospitality ! ❤️

The location is excellent, by the sea, with a lot of vegetation in the courtyard, with swimming pool for adults and children and wonderful staff.

The rooms and the bathrooms are quite small, beds are not so comfortable.

Not bad not good

Not bad location. Close to restaurants 5-10 minutes by car. The wifi was very poor. We were 4 people at room only one of our phones was connected everyday. They don’t change towels, replace shampoo and make the room unless you ask the reception specifically. The breakfast can be better. The beach was good and suitable for children. The receptionist Melia was perfect. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions kindly and willingly. Thank you Melia.

The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very nice and professional. But the cleaning ladies team not. They do not do their right job.
