We had a great stay at nisea beach, had plenty of space, could prepare our own breakfast & have it on the lovely ter

Great stay for couples or family, definitely recommend!

There is an option to reserve breakfast at the hotel near by (30 sec walk) - the food was tasty and fresh and you could eat outside in the back yard. The beach is across the street where you can find plenty of sun lounges to choose from and a beach bar with more than reasonable prices. The beach itself is suitable for kids, it is sandy and a nice shade of blue. Offers beautiful sunsets! There are plenty of restaurants nearby where you can walk to enjoy a meal. The apartments are modern, spacious with generous balconies and well equipped kitchen. You'll find private parking and a quiet area. Great for relaxation. Special thanks go to Evangelia who made sure we have everything we need and then some. Definitely recommend!

Nice apartament

The location is beautiful and tastefully arranged (it even has 3 air conditioners). The distance to the beach is 2–3 minutes, and there are even a few free sunbeds (without umbrellas) that belong to the apartment and the Kavala Hotel. The beach is quiet and lovely, but it’s not ideal for snorkeling (for those who are interested).

At one point, the electricity and water went out, and we had no way to wash, but I understand this is a common issue on the island. Also, I would have appreciated it if the owner responded to messages or calls in case of emergencies, but she didn’t. Still, thank you for the kindness!

Excellent!

Excellent apartments, well thought and kept and friendly staff. The owners understand what hospitality means, you feel welcomed and treated well. The cleaning lady is also very friendly and does an excellent job every day. Very close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. If it weren’t for the guest upstairs, everything was absolutely perfect.

Unfortunately we had some very loud guests above us, moving furniture until 23:30. Maybe as a recommendation (although probably not the beat idea considering the sand) to put some carpet in the upper apartments to avoid such issues.

We liked it from the moment we’ve arrived, meeting the host and then leaving with sadness in our hearts! We liked everything about NiSea beach apartments and will definitely come back next year God willing!

The place is very nice with great patio and sunbeds.Staff was welcoming and friendly.Beach is just a few minutes from property.

The door was very hard to open.It would have been nice to put some coffee for the coffee machine.Putting that aside,we had a lovely stay.

Very good location, beautiful sandy beach definitely across the street, quiet place. Hotel is new, and surrounding area is green.

Studio was quite small for us, and bathroom also. However was clean bright room with elegant interior.

Superb

The host was very helpful and accommodated us, probably in the best split apartment with sea view. Everything is new, and the apartment is provided with all necessary accessories. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need. AC in every room.

The only donwnside of the appartment is that there is only one bathroom and the size of the rooms are smaller than I immagined from picturs, but other than this everything was perfect. Finally, we managed with one bathroom, and after one day, the room size was big enough.

The location is nice and near the beach, it offers all the necessary utilities and tools, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Daily cleaning and change of towels. There is also a balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast and the coffee in the morning and a relaxing area with sunbeds.

The bed and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable, even the topper could not improve them.

The apartment is preety much right at the beach. 1-2 minutes away. The view is amazing, the feeling unforgettable. The owners are very kind. Invited us to have breakfast every morning. The day of our departure they helped us get to the ferry faster because the weather was very hot. Evangelia is nice and smiling. Recommend it to everyone.

Great place

Everything was perfect! Very clean and quiet! The furnitures and the style of the whole place are so suitable for place near the sea. There are a lot of beach bars just on a few steps away! Magical place to rest and enjoy your time on Thasos. The owner was very cheerful and welcoming and she even free upgraded us, which for sure was the best way to start our holiday. I would love to come again! Everyday a lady was coming to make our bed and clean the trash, which unfortunately we do not see very often in many places. The gardan was beautiful with flowers and green grass perfect for afterbeach relaxation. Well done to the owner! P. S: a lot of space to park your car on the privet parking.

the location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The accomodation was excellent just front beach with some nice beach bars pretty close, so you do not need any means to move but your feet. It was my best choice for summer holidays.

Le personnel est adorable, très arrangeant, on a été changé d'hôtel pour avoir une chambre à l'étage avec vue, propre, bien équipée, bien placée à proximité de tout et un bon petit déjeuner, endroit très calme avec le parking qui est un atout.

Le prix est trop élevé pour la hors saison.

Ev sahaibi çok ilgiliydi. Daire çok temizdi. Dublexte kaldık. Oldukça yeterli ve aydınlıktı.

Adanın batı tarafında yer alıyor. Ancak majör plajlardan Golden Beach, Marble Beach gibi plajlar adanın diğer doğu tarafında kalıyor. Merkeze de 20 dakika uzaklıkta olunca bulunduğu bölge bize biraz sakin geldi. Sosyallik açısından bu bölgeyi zayıf bulduk. Ancak kafa dinlemek isteyenler için tavsiye edebilirim.
