Definitely will come back.

The hotel is clean, well taken care of, the staff is always very helpful, the food is good, the view is amazing. Pools are also clean and overall, the hotel is perfect for a vacation with the kids.

I am not a fan of A/C, so it would have been better for me to be able to open the bedroom window.

Close to the beach. Easy short walk to a good choice of restaurants and shops.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which considering the price would have been nice.

They charged me the room rates second time by mistake despite I paid through booking.com I think they forgot to check. but fortunately they managed to refund the second payment. But it was a liitle confusing.

We'd stay here again, but skip the private pool suite.

The resort is well-situated, and it is easy to get basically anywhere on the island from there. The staff were all very friendly. I love that the resort had its own "kitchen garden" and fruit trees. It was truly nice being there in the off season; nothing was crowded, we had our pick of lounge chairs, and it wasn't crowded at mealtimes. The "meal plan" pricing for dinner was quite reasonable; however, we didn't take advantage of it, as we wanted the freedom to explore local spots around the island, and didn't want to be obligated to be back for dinner every evening.

The breakfast was basically the same every day, with little or no variation. The yogurt and honey were delicious; however, it would have been nice to have more cut fresh fruit options to stir in, rather than the jam stuff. Our private pool was inexplicably FREEZING cold, much colder than the seawater, which surprised me - I figured shallow + sunlight = warmer, but it was too cold to even use. Disappointing, because the pool was the main reason we chose the room we did. There was an electric kettle in the room, but no complimentary tea bags - we were told we would need to purchase our own if we wanted tea. I have never experienced that in a hotel before. (Reason given was "something something COVID")

A bussiness well below its potential with a very hood location

Too crowded and very noisy especially during the breakfast and on the beach; superficial cleaning in the room; the fact that shampoo and soup is on request and you should ask to get them; very poor internet connection; the beach isn't cleaned for days; many of blue sun bads of poor quality.

A long weekend at our favorite hotel

We have been visiting the hotel for many years, but this is the first time we have booked it through booking. Our favorite place in the hotel is the restaurant, from which you can enjoy the beautiful blue sea while having dinner. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly. We had booked a room with a sea view and a standard room for four people - we have no complaints about the rooms. Our other favorite place is the spacious terrace with a sea view, where you can spend hours reading or just drinking a frappe. We will be back again! :)

Medium quality rooms, good food but all days same things, in other hand you can choose because variety of foods is big. Rooms are good equiped, but a little bit older accomodation.

Great stay, amazing vegetation, nice beach.

It’s a great place to spend holiday, amazing vegetation, private garden with vegetables, private beach, even if it’s not the best in the area. The whater is vey nice but is not a sandy beach, it’s better to have special shoes. The room with semi-private pool was the best choice ever for us. Very closed (3-5 min walking) to the village Potos where you can find nice tavernas, shops and beaches with sand. I 6 min by car is Kamari beach, very nice beach with sand with great tavernas. The hotel is one of the best on the area and great value for the money.

Breakfast could better. For cleaning you need to press the button at the entrance in the room.

Very enjoyable holiday

Perfect hotel, much better than in pictures. The resort itself is big, with lots of buildings, many rooms, but it does not feel crowded. It is very well maintained and clean. We had a room with garden and private pool with was just perfect. Food is also good, fresh and well cooked, we didn't have any unpleasant issues. The personnel was kind and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel has a parking lot accessible with the hotel key, so safety is ensured. All in all, we would definitely recommend the resort and come again next year.

The restaurant is a bit small, most of the times people would wait in a queue to get a table outside. But if you don't want to wait, you can get a table inside. Also, although not the resort's fault, the beach is quite narrow with pebbles and rocks. However, they did a very good job with the floating pier they have installed.

The hotel has an amazing base, few pools and private beach, which makes is ideal for little kids, no wandering for beaches. Also the food at the restaurant was amazing!

People before anything, the girls from the reception were so cool and available to help any time! We had a great experience at Alexandra Hotel, we had a super comfy room, everything was really perfect. Keep doing great work! Highly recommended!

The best resort in Thassos

Everything was great! We wnjoyrd the food, the view to a beautiful palm tree garden, the pools, the spa centre. It had a private beach, with restaurant and bar. The staff was very polite and helpuful.

Amazing experience

The resort is everything you need, starting from the breathtaking ocean view to the variety of fresh food. They have so many spots you can sit and enjoy the view. The hotel has two pools,beach bars and a wonderful tavern that looks over the sea as well. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making it such a comfortable stay. I was there for four days with my mom and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt quick service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important. Sofia- the receptionist went out of her way to explain everything about the complex and was so helpful and sweet. Teo-greeted us and gave us a little tour of the complex with the little hotel buggy and helped us with the luggage. The service of Chris and Tasos from the hotel restaurant is was outstanding. Both very sweet and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations of what to do on the property while staying there. The variety of different food and especially fresh fruit and veggies and seafood was unbelievable.
