A lot of wasps around morning hours.

Very good customer service. Very clean, renovated new furniture, excellent breakfast, very good music and entertainment.
One bathroom door in the suite did not close upon arrival, but the manager provided a key to another room till they fixed the door the following day. It didn’t lock, but at least I could close it with some special maneuvering that the manager showed me.
My second reservation had 2 single rooms and one of them was in the subterranean level, half underground, with no privacy when the curtains were opened. There was no ventilation in the bathroom of that room, there was no closet for the clothes, just some old boards, and the overall atmosphere was depressing. The other room that I booked for the same price was very nice on the first floor above the other room.

Our stay at Hotel Potos was truly enjoyable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a clean swimming pool, a kids’ playground, and a cosy poolside bar. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Housekeeping was done daily by very pleasant and attentive staff.
I would especially like to highlight Zaharis, who I believe is the hotel manager, and Maria at the reception – both were extremely helpful, kind, and communicative throughout our stay. They genuinely made an effort to make us feel welcome and supported with anything we needed.
A memorable moment for us was when, just before the bar closed and the waitress had briefly stepped away, a man who we assume was the owner kindly prepared our drinks himself, served them with snacks, and told us we could enjoy them on the terrace for as long as we liked. It was a small but meaningful gesture that says a lot about the atmosphere in this hotel.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would warmly recommend Hotel Potos to anyone visiting Thassos!

I have an argument with person who I think is the owner of the hotel, regarding my car I was park it inside the hotel, as there was any available spaces on the road, and he blocked me with his car on purpose, and in the morning not let me leave , until he came to the hotel, and approach me very arrogant saying I can’t leave my car here, without even present his self to me, just come and start to be very rude with his very bad English … I explain to him, that hat I want to leave now, but he continues talking to me aggressively, this make me angry and we start argument, as I explain him as owner, he needs to provide me parking space as I’m guess on his hotel.. I don’t think he understands what I says to him any way, he continued talking bad to me, and on the end he moves his car and let me go to the beach… the same night the same person starts argument with a young lady, who work in the hotel for more then 16 hours every day , and they both screaming and shouting at 12 a clock in the night .
the next day I understand he is not even the owner on the hotel, because the owner was very friendly and good person, but this man destroyed his business, and the way he talks to 19 years old lady make me feel sick …. Another night in the hotel he get drunk, and start braking plates on the floor…. I know it’s tradition in Greece that, but what example he gives to the other, just imagine every one start doing this , what’s gonna happen.. He is absolutely disrespectful guy and think he is God… If was my worker , and deal like this with my customers , I will let him go right away !
the very last night of our holiday, they celebrate a kid birthday, which was fine, bur on the end of the night , I try to go to the toilet, and what I see there was just disgusting…. and also they exploits this young girl to work in every position all day and night.

It’s a nice place. We liked the breakfast so much.
It’s diversified (even if it is the same everyday)and
very nutritious. The staff is very kind and welcoming.
The rooms are a bit old. Our room had the

Location is super close to the beach, shops and tavernas and our triple room was right in front of the children playground, which was awesome for us, traveling with a small child.
There is also a small kitchenette in the room, in case you want to cook something quick. The hotel restaurant is very good too, the breakfast was excellent and with lots of options, but they also serve a la carte and the food is great. They also have a traditional greek night on Thursdays and it is really fun.
The pool is also great and suitable for families with small children. The staff were also very nice, super friendly and always smiling.
Maybe the fact that they do not have car parking and finding a parking spot nearby can be difficult.
Also, the fact that the shower only had a curtain, no walls and the water spilled all over the bathroom.

Close to amenities, I liked the orange juice.
Poor customer services , things falling apart or not working as tv, light, fridge door falling off, toilet leaking on the floor , shower bar falling off the wall. I’ve booked the room for 7 days , when arrived told me they didn’t reserve it and I had to get a different room than what I’ve paid. The food at the restaurant is expensive and terrible and cold ,for 3 times happened.

The property is very close to the beach and souvenir shops, with a nice terrace and pool. Staff is very friendly.
There were no mosquito nets at the windows so we had mosquitos in the rooms, quite noisy rooms due to the children playground, but only until midnight. Breakfast is good, but could use some variaty for a longer period stay. Overall a good accommodation.

Lobby, swiming pool and food.
This place is over rated, the room is poorly equipped, there were no table or chairs. Water was coming out of the overflow each time we were having showers, there were flies on the wall everywhere.
No safe provided. Only 2 glasses 2 bowls and 2 dishes for a family of 3 in a self catering room.
Cleaning was to strict minimum and not every day.
Air conditioning was a nightmare.
WiFi connection was catastrophic.

- Very friendly staff. Speaking English well. Maria was kind enough to change our room because of a misunderstanding for our reservation.
- Pet friendly. No extra charges.
- Good location
- Very nice, wide garden and lobby restaurant!
- A big plus for the hotel is also the outside pool and the comfy sunbeds:)
- Wonderful breakfast! Fresh and tasty:) They have anything you wish for.
- Large room + balcony + view
- Clean
- Beds and pillows were not comfortable
- There was no net for mosquitos for the balcony door (and there was a ridiculous number of them during our stay)
- The furniture in the rooms is a bit old and same goes for the bathroom furniture.
- Not sure if it was because of the room key not being properly connected to the socket, but the Air Conditioning was working as it wanted, not when we turned it on by remote control.
- The WiFi was not working properly. I think a more performant router is needed for the hotel capacity.
