Good 3 star hotel doesn’t disappoint 👍🏼

Great hotel minutes from here lake side and town centre. Free parking on street if needed and super-helpful. Room was well sized, with balcony, good AC and recently refreshed decor - shower was the only disappointment.

The bathroom was tired and the shower only just had enough flow to be a shower.

Second class treatment

I booked a room for me and my friends. But we were given a room outside the hotel, indescribable for our booking. It's not only for us, even for my family friends who travelled with me. Since we booked through booking.com, we were treated as second class. Booking.com must at least pay back something as sorry. And it must take care of the customers like me seriously...I have been there for more than 15 years as a regular customer. Thank ypu

Great location but not sure I recommend

The location was really great, you could walk anywhere and the parking options were also good. The staff were very nice and tried hard to accommodate us when we said we weren't satisfied with our apartment.

The breakfast was very weak, you could not consider it international and with variety, you could not even make a toast. The apartment we first stayed in was in an outside building, the floor creaked everywhere, and the entrance did not feel very safe. The room they gave us afterward in the hotel was better in those points, but the AC didn't work properly (mind you that this was in July so very hot), and you could hear a lot through the walls.

An ok stay if you’re looking for something simple, good location

The location is convenient to access the main historical town centre on foot. Close by you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a laundromat. The breakfast was traditional but nice and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.

Note that the hotel air conditioning system is switched off at different seasons for the entire building so you are unable to use room fan or aircon. The rooms are a little small and cramped. They were quite expensive so not good value for money. Some staff at the front were quite abrupt and not very friendly

It is considered a bike hotel and while they work with a company who will help you get bikes, there are no guides like in other bike hotels. There are plenty of routes to be found on Komoot.

Exceptional

Despite that the annex building looks old from the outside it was a nice and clean appartement with a lot of space and a small kitchen. The location was perfect near the train station and in the city center. The breakfast was just fine, even though there were no hot meals. Upon asking we've got a great cappuccino too. We would definitely return, when we come again to Stresa.

The table in our appartement couldn't be unfolded. It might need a repair.

Lack of cleanness and service

Good location close to the city center.

Room dirty when we arrived and footprints left the next day, old bathroom furniture, very average breakfast, no adaptator to charge the computer even when asked.

meh- the location saved it, not worth what we paid.

The location was great and the rooms were kept clean.

1- The breakfast was very simplistic and far too sweet. the staff was rude (notably a woman who seemed like the manager) she was rude not only to us but to the other staff members and it put an unnecessary tension in the room. 2- Cleaning staff came very early and kept banging on the door when we wanted a lie in. there is no do not disturb signs and they didn’t stop when I shouted no thank you. 3- You can’t monitor the air con yourself in the room- I understand it can be expensive to run but the night time was unbearable. we kept waking up in hot sweats and also freezing. We also kept waking up with stuffy noses due to this.

Location was great

The location was great, it was nice with a big balcony in the room.

The breakfast staff was really rude, she was not nice to the other staff members and did not listen nor help when asked questions. plus the cleaning came very early and just barged in to the room while we where still in bed, it happened both mornings. there was no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door.

Needs renovation, too expensive for what it is.

Spacey apartment, good location, the bathroom is renovated (the only renovated part of the flat). Nice restaurants around, if you are with small children go to Papagalo, good food and very child-friendly.

The apartment is old, furniture is falling apart, there was a whole in the wall in the kitchen, where a tile was missing. A hole in the wall, can you believe this? Wouldn't mind if the place was cheap but it wasn't. Service is not good, a guy just gave us the key and said "This is the flat", that was all. Breakfast service was not better. The breakfast itself was not good, the coffee was a disgrace (and this in Italy, really an "achievement). Don't recommend this place, next time we will go somewhere else.

La porta di accesso al balcone non si poteva aprire decentemente perché sbatteva contro una controsoffittatura aggiunta , avendo anche l’armadio vicino, l’accesso esterno era veramente limitato . Assurdo .

Camera brutta con crepe nel soffitto bagno con una porta rotta e un'altra porta vicino al vater ma non si è capito il motivo di un'altra porta camera fredda con tipologia di riscaldamento ferma agli anni 90 frigo bar vuoto per 143€ a notte completamente negativo e carissimo per i servizi e camera che offrono

Nada Nem sequer me hospedei lá porque estava fechado.

Simplesmente encontrei o hotel fechado sem nenhum aviso prévio. Já era noite, minha esposa e eu estávamos cansados e tudo que tinha era uma orientação na porta escura do hotel todo apagado. Precisei da lanterna do celular para leitura.

Ci è piaciuto molto il nostro appartamento che aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, sempre pulito, ottima colazione e ben rifornita, uno staff molto gentile e super disponibile specialmente la signora Anna che è stata dolcissima nei nostri confronti e super sorridente💛, da persona che lavora nel mondo della ristorazione e capisce come si lavora, ho adorato il suo umore e la sua gentilezza Abbiamo provato per 2 sere la cena e non ci ha minimamente deluso☺️ tutto buonissimo

Nella struttura nulla ma si notava che erano sotto personale e che i camerieri durante le cene dovevano gestire più di quello che potevano fare, un cameriere in più l’avrei aggiunto😌

Una piacevole sorpresa in una Stresa che non ha deluso le aspettative.

Sicuramente la posizione defilata ma centrale. Sicuramente la colazione che ci ha sorpreso per la varietà dei prodotti offerti. albergo che sembra di piccole dimensioni ma che in realtà è molto frequentato.

Migliorerei la partnership con il negozio bici accanto per il noleggio.
