We loved the location of the property… right on the lake and central to bars and restaurants.
Our friends moved out as the bed was too soft and he has a bad back… this has been mentioned in other comments so needs looking at…
The doors to all rooms have glass panels so not very private of sharing with friends.
Shower in the washing machine bathroom was v v tiny - we are not overweight but only just managed

Top Lage, sehr zentral. Viel Platz, große Räume. Aufzug mit Koffern praktisch. Gut geheizt. Betten bequem. Selbst-Checkin (Achtung: Video nicht ganz aktuell, den Zaun mit dem Schlüsselkasten gibt es nicht mehr)
Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt, es sollte dringend ein bisschen was gemacht werden: Ecke des Bodenspiegels wurde geklebt. Duschamatur super locker, fällt fast aus der Wand. Griff am Küchenschrank fehlt, kaputte Tischplatte lag auf dem Balkon, etc.
Müll von Vorgängern noch im Eimer, Zahnputzbecher dreckig und ein harter Kaugummi (?) klebte im Handtuch.
Wohnung recht hellhörig, Straßenlärm. Darauf waren wir aber bei der Lage eingestellt. Gegenüber fand zeitgleich das Zirkusfestival statt und wir hatten zwischen 21 und 0 Uhr bis zu 91 Dezibel in der Wohnung, bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Das liegt im gesundheitsgefährdenden Bereich. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Kann der Vermieter nicht viel dafür, ist bei der Hellhörigkeit aber ggf zu checken, was dort so an Programm geboten ist.
