Wonderful days in Stresa!

A location close to Stresa train station, a few steps from Lake Maggiore, in a very quiet area, there is a Carrefour and a few bars nearby! Although the block is neutral, the space occupied by Vespucci Boutique is very clean, quiet and warm! My studio was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, well equipped, the bed was very generous, the bathroom was nice! Thank you to the hosts for taking care of the little details! The contact person was kind, patient and helpful, my phone was giving me problems!) I highly recommend it, if you choose the wonderful Stresa!

Maybe the entrance to the building could be more welcoming, but it's not up to Vespucci Boutique!

Although it is out of the control of the management of this property it can be a little loud as you can hear other tenants of the building coming in and out due to the apartment being near the front door of the building.

Beautiful property, comfortable and clean

The property was close to everything so modern and clean.

There is nothing really I could say I didn’t like about the property as it was amazing, as I was there for 6 days I would have liked the option to have my sheets changed during the week and just the property having a once over at least once but it wasn’t the end of the world as it was amazing and would definitely stay again.

Studio in central Stresa

location next to old town and lake side, nicely renovated floor of apartments in a non-renovated block of flats, (limited) lake view from 5th floor (actually 2,5th floor) from the balcony, bathroom/shower, A/C, free parking on the street (if lucky), communication by the hosting company

limited number kitchen utensils, like nonmatching pair of wine glasses, 2 forks only etc. These things do not cost much in Ikea but make a difference to the guests

It did have a frosted window that faced onto the stairwell which felt a bit odd. Also meant the room lit up every time someone came up the stairs as there’s no curtain.

Clean. Helped with the problem with washing machine.

Lack of Tea Coffee and milk. For two nights only 2 capsules and 2 tea bags. Compared to other places we stayed were we had better supply. Washing machine, no powder provided.

Comfortable apartment with a good location for using public transport.

I liked being able to see some of the lake from the balcony, as well as the surrounding mountains. The room is on the 5th floor of an apartment building. The shower was large and had good water pressure. The room didn't feel crowded and was very functional. Great grocery store very close by and a 5 minute walk to the train station in one direction and the old town and waterfront in the other.

The kitchen was insufficiently stocked. I couldn't properly cook without a knife to slice bread or chop vegetables with. A cutting board would also be helpful. I shopped accordingly and bought already-prepared meals to heat up in the microwave. The room smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning products when I arrived, and for the first 24 hours. It made my eyes sting. Fortunately the weather was warm and I left the balcony door open to air things out. Luggage storage was advertised but turned out not to be available as it was a remote check-in situation. I used the "nanny app" and the location for that luggage storage was only a few minutes away so that worked out.

Comfortable stay and centrally located.

Great location. A sliver view of the lake. View of a grass field below used by the children to play soccer after school. Conad market is next to the property. Easy walk to the town center and lake. Extremely close to the train station and easy to locate the property by foot. Inside was clean and beds were comfortable. Having a washing machine was great. The only criticism is that laundry detergent was not provided and the kitchen was not adequately stocked. It could use serving bowls (ate cereal out of coffee mugs), and a kitchen knife.

Comfortable apartment Great Location

The apartment was spacious with a comfortable bed and large shower, a lovely balcony with mountain views was ideal for breakfast. Easy check in instructions and a lift. The only downside side was the weather, it rained constantly until the morning we left. Short walk to the train station, restaurants and lake.

The Room is very nice, comfortable and very clean! You have a balcony with the view on the lake and the mountains, very beautiful. In the room you have a small kitchen, thats super practical and close to the apartment you have a supermarket and free parking everywhere. The owner seems friendly and uncomplicated:).

In the kitchen they could be more dishes, like forks, spoons and there are no bowls. The communication, if you don’t phone them, is very on distance, you don’t now the name and you will only get a WhatsApp message how to enter the building. I like always to know with who I’m writing, so a name in the message would be great. :)

Was good and relaxing, quiet location , but Vespucci needs a few touch ups!

Mattress was great and we appreciate different type of pillows. Location was quiet and relaxing.

Towels were thin so they take a while dry, so to re-use them was not nice. We asked for more and that was no problem but I suggest to get better quality towels. More body soap would've been also nice for the shower. And a bit of milk for the coffee. If you provide washing machine please also provide a bit of detergent. For an apartment, the kitchen is not fully equipped.

Clean and nice in excellent location

Excellent location, close walking distance to restaurants and lake, supermarket in next building. House looks a bit crappy from the outside, and it is a normal residential building, but the floor where the apartments are is completely renovated and fresh. The junior "suite" had a bit more space which was nice and a balcony from where you could see the alke, very nice to sit on. A quiet street. Clean and comfy all over, will most likely come again.

There were some noises in the house, especially in the mornings, that could well be heard. Evenings and nights were very quiet though. A bit difficult to get the room dark, so easy to be woken up early by the sunlight coming in. Only one set of keys provided so you need to use the lockbox if you are more than one who needs them. No daily cleaning so be sure to catch the cleaning person in the hallway if you want more toilet paper etc.

The entrance to the Boutique hotel is magic, the apartment is cosy and the lovely terrace makes the place very relaxing.

Mixed review

The room itself was lovely and clean with modern touches and equipment

Unfortunately there was building work with constant noise on the floor above. The appartaments are on one floor in an appartament block so this noise is out of Vespucci control.
