Residence Villa Maurice

Location and Price. The place is hands down great value for money for most places in Stresa. Sofa beds were comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped. A 8 min walk to the lake and 10 mins to the boat stops.

The breakfast. This is a joke. we were told an hour before breakfast closes, that there are no more eggs. Coffee on both days was burnt. No fruits and only very limited bread options. The ACs in the house were great, however they stopped working on the last night. The wifi, it was only available in the living room. We told reception. They promised to get it checked but no-one came and it remained the same.

Absolutely wonderful view from the balcony of the surrounding area and lake. The room was really modern and clean too.

- Room is in a garage with very strong mold smell - Very noisy AC - Licking shower and toilet - Breakfast, check in and check out in an hotel at 500m distance

The room was spacious with a kitchenette. Location was good.

Bathroom not clean, which is always a no-no but especially these days. Booking said free parking but upon check-in we were told we needed to find our own street parking. Maybe Booking.com should say very limited parking available, so as travelers are prepared having to circle around in search of a spot.

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were excellent.

My understanding is that there are many differences between the rooms, these comments only apply to the one that looks like a converted garage. There is a design quirkiness that wasn’t really successful. The toilet and bidet are spherical,?! Workable but Not that practical with humans. The bed is also round which takes up too much space in the very tight space. The shower leaks out into the bathroom. The bathroom itself is encased in a glass box which amplifies sound into the bedroom. The air conditioner can only be turned on and off by the circuit breaker and the remote doesn’t work at all, though that could be a battery issue.

Posizione e pulizia. Appartamento ben ordinato e strutturato, grande e nuovo.

Faceva molto freddo e per riscaldare c’era solo il condizionatore. Inoltre l’appartamento era dotato di un piccolo frigorifero senza congelatore. Un solo cucchiaino e ne forno ne microonde

Le professionnalisme du groupe de l hôtel car la villa Maurice ayant eu un petit dégâts d humidité suite aux pluies ☔️ de la semaine précédente nous a surclassé dans un autre hôtel du même groupe( hôtel primavera)plus proche du lac et dans le centre . Autrement bonne acceuil il parle bien le français la chambre était bien .petit déjeuner très bien. Même si l hôtel était dans le centre c était très calme. Et très proche des restaurants Peu loin de l embarcadère pour la visite des îles borromees et autres ballades

Pour ce séjour tout était relativement bien. Pas de remarque a faire

De locatie was oké.

Er was een lek en de airconditioning was helemaal nat, dit is onhygiënisch en onveilig. Zeker voor de prijs dat er betaald wordt is dit niet gepast.

Le personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner varié et l' emplacement au lac mjeur

L'odeur de moisi dans la chambre, les fils électriques qui dépassent. Si vous êtes du genre aventurier cette chambre est faite pour vous. Je passe les détails des marques sur les murs, la clim bruyante, la douche qui fuie et j'en passe... Pour ce prix là passez votre chemin ou prenez une autre chambre.

Прекрасне розташування. 7 хвилин від станції, 5 хвилин до корабликів та пляжів, великий супермаркет - 3 хвилини. Хороші ситні сніданки. Щоденне якісне прибирання, персонал дуже привітний. Ліжка дуже зручні

Ніде сушити купальники. Розкладна сушарка дуже б допомогла. Вночі з вулиці бʼє світло прямо у вікна, штори не закриваються щільно. Також було би дуже добре, якби на кухні були сіль, перець. Але це не зіпсувало загальне враження - ми би знову тут зупинились.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 prenotando il monolocale da 4 e la camera per 2 con vista giardino. Al nostro arrivo il condizionatore della camera da 2 era spento. Con non poca fatica la ragazza della reception è riuscita ad accenderlo. Decidiamo di cucinare la cena nella cucina del monolocale ma scopriamo che è sprovvista di pentole adatte all piano ad induzione. Per un'ora e mezza il personale dell'hotel prova a trovare delle pentole, fallendo. Alla fine, spinti da noi, cucinano la nostra pasta nella cucina dell'hotel ritardando la nostra cena di due ore e annullando i nostri piani per la serata. Nel frattempo ci accorgiamo che il condizionatore della camera da due persone aveva perso acqua allagando completamente il pavimento e bagnando i nostri effetti personali. Ci viene data, come minimo, un'altra camera. Non parliamo poi della colazione: alle 9.30 (orario di fine colazione ore 10.00) erano già finiti tutti i croissant. Il giorno dopo chiediamo di parlare con il titolare dell'hotel in quanto, sinceramente, ci aspettavamo uno sconto per i disagi subìti. Il titolare si presenta a noi fin da subito indisponente e poco propenso all'ascolto, vantandosi di possedere 5 hotel e dicendo che nessuno si è mai trovato male. Ovviamente lo sconto non è stato ottenuto ma la cosa peggiore è stata non poter comunicare in modo adulto e costruttivo con il proprietario dell'hotel che non è minimamente venuto incontro al nostro disagio e che non si è nemmeno scusato. Possiede 5 hotel eppure sembra che non abbia idea di come si faccia hospitality. Una persona rozza, maleducata, indisponente, arrogante e assolutamente inadatta a lavorare con il pubblico. Non oso pensare in quali condizioni di stress e sovraccarico lavorino i suoi dipendenti. Davvero pessima esperienza, non consigliamo il luogo.

Très bon emplacement , super rapport qualité prix , petit déjeuner compris, serviettes propres en très grand nombre tous les jours et lits fait . Royal ! Personnel aimable et souriant . Super séjour, nous espérons revenir

La propreté, l’esprit hôtel ( petit déjeuner compris) et la situation géographique ( très proche du centre et du lac). Le fait de pouvoir se garer facilement dans la rue gratuitement.

Le bruit: proche d’une gare et d’une rue passagère.

Petit déjeuner complet. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Situation géographique dans la ville idéale. Front de lac accessible à pied avec les embarcadère bateaux, supermarché à côté et autres commerces, parkings gratuits tout autour.

L’équipement pour cuisiner peu voire pas adapté. C’est dommage. (Casseroles et poêles incompatible avec plaque, peu de verres pour boire de l’eau)
