quite a lot of minuses for 4 days of staying at the hotel

I liked the location, close enough to the city center, and also the fact that there is a bar.

upon arrival the heat in the room did not work (but there was air conditioning) they did not clean it every day although I put a sign so that they would come and clean it, there is also very little lighting, it is dark in the room, it is inconvenient that the blocks for the pool and reception are separate, in the winter it is very cold to go, breakfast is the same every day which is not very tasty, there is no YouTube on the TV to turn on cartoons for the child, also friends found large men's underwear in their room

Very good location, a good 3 stars hotel but not 4

Location

It’s not ideal for solo travelers and seems better suited for families. I hoped to relax in the pool and hammam, but the noise from the children made it difficult. The sauna was closed, and the room itself wasn’t that clean. The doors also slam loudly, which is quite annoying.

Best staff and great location

So easy to find, a lovely quiet location and safe to park our car which was full of luggage from our 2 week holiday in France. Lovely staff so friendly and helpful. It was a £25 Uber trip to centre of Paris.

Carpet in our room was moth eaten in places and the whole place feels like it’s due a make over…

The hotel has a ball room in front of the bedrooms... a wedding was going on until 4:00 AM!!!

This is.a hotel for business rather than for leisure stay. It was good for one or two nights stay.

Bed was very comfortable and quiet surrounding.

The outdoor sitting area was uninviting. The floors amongst the sitting area was very dirty and nobody seems to care about cleanliness. They should be a more welcoming place to rest with plants and cleanliness. The food was very mediocre and pricy, not worth for money.

Overpriced, not radiation standard and disappointing staff, lots, lots of better places, avoid

Gardens was nice

The way the staff threw us out of the restaurant because it was 11 and lunch was soon, ridiculous when paying 320 a night, I have every right to sit in the restaurant I arrived at 11PM and asked if I could check out 30 Minutes later - it was a very very hard no, and I would need to pay a lot extra. Overall glad I did not extend my stay here and changed hotel.

A reasonable place to stay

The bed was comfortable and location was quiet the food and service was very good. We especially liked Pedro great guy nothing was too much trouble for him.

But our room was too small and the heating fan was noisy and we could never work the strange in room coffee machine.

Green, tidy and peaceful!

I was there for business but it's ideal for a romantic getaway for couples as well. The surroundings and the garden of the hotel is fantastic, and you can access the banks of Seine very shortly for a nice walk. The train station is 10 minutes on foot and after that in 20 minutes by train you're in the heart of Paris. I'd definitely would love to go with my family but I see that I was lucky to have stayed at a decent price as the prices for the summer arose!

-Breakfast (value for money): For 20 € there should have been a lot more options-different types of eggs etc. The ham, salmon and fruit sald are kept in the same fridge, I could not eat the fruit salad because it was smelling fish! -TV: The channels are very limited and it's not smart to have apps like Youtube, Netflix etc. I could not connect my other devixes as the TV could not connect to Wifi.

Superb

The location was great, in a quiet area outside the city. The facility included a cozi garden and a relaxing wellness area. Personnel was handy and welcoming. The oils used for massages were peculiar. For the lover of golf, a playground is located just besides the residence.

The wifi coverage wasn't good at all throughout the facility, even in the room. The services are a bit overcharged, especially the wellness area. The location isn't comfortable to be reached by train. The train station is 15 min walk distance from the residence.

Best hotel in the vicinity, a return visitor who will be back again

spacious room relative to other nearby hotels. Lots of space around hotel so really peaceful. staff are lovely and speak English really well which is lucky as my French is rubbish.

some fit and finish problems in the room (cracked tile in bathroom, no seal on shower screen so floor got very wet, shaving mirror poorly fitted). also having 2 single beds pushed together to make a double feels a bit budget.

Room was old. Had a sewer smell. Having to pay 45 euro for only 1 hour access to the gym is ridiculous as well. i left after 20 mins after getting sick from the sewer smell.

A wonderful relaxing stay

The spa facilities are wonderful and very quiet, the breakfast was not only very good but also delivered in the room at no extra cost and the restaurant was a perfect pick for a birthday celebration. The hotel is also located near the river and by a golf course and provides a perfect setting for a long walk.

It is outside of the city centre, but that really isn’t such a bad thing for a real restorative break. There is little to no vegetarian option on the menu, but the chef will make you something and it was delicious— don’t be afraid to ask!

This was a very modern, clean and comfortable hotel at the right location for me. Staff in reception area was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was actually quite poor and the staff friendliness in the restaurant was not as per expectations. This is the one parameter that is bringing this to a good location instead of an excellent!!

Service! It seems that the staff don't care or too busy to care. After staying in 5 different hotels during the week, this was the worst in the sense of being welcomed. With all respect, it is not my job to make sure that the room is ready. The a/c didn't work, the phone didn't work, the tv remote batteries were flat. We did get finally another room. Do you think anybody offered us help with moving (we got already everything unpacked)? I don't think so - "Here is your new key. Sorry. Bye!" With the ac switched off for some time there was the strong smell of mold in the new room, going away after few minutes of running the a/c.
