Very convenient location This was my second stay. We have always appreciated high-quality service, courtesy as we experienced at Quality Suites Maisons-Laffitte, where the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. Very good and highly recommend

Second stay at the Quality Suites...highly recommend. Clean and functional. Delightful staff. Room size good with fridge and microwave if required. Maisons-Laffite is a lovely suburban Parisian town with good access into the city.

Road noise could be heard at night but not a major disturbance.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, easy to get into Paris

Bed very comfortable, parking available on site, kitchenette fab, fridge, tea towel, washing up liquid and sponge provided. 5-10 min walk to RER means it is quick to get into Paris, but lovely to say in safe feeling suburb. Makes it very easy if driving to Paris.

Bathroom could do with updating, but shower was good, nice body wash provided. Clean towels, room tidied daily.

The welcome of the staff was very appreciated. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great in the city.

We couldn't set the temperature in the room, so it felt slightly hot at times during the night.

Disappointed

Front desk staff were helpful, and the parking was a bonus despite the charge. The double room was of a high standard and met my expectations, as it matched the information provided on booking.com.

I also booked an additional triple room for my friend's family who travelled with me. Unfortunately it was a total disappointment. The room by no means matched the photos given online (see attached). It was a loft room, smelling dump, with little access to daylight and fresh air. There was no kitchenette, but only a cheap table and a tea/coffee maker. The bathroom was in no way what was shown in the listing. I also asked for three separate single beds as the children were grown up and this was confirmed by the hotel a month in advance, but this was not arranged when we arrived. I complained to the hotel, but they told they had no other room to replace. I suspected they had preferred to give my original triple room to a large group of visitors (possibly to give them similar rooms in the same floor?) and sent us to a poor quality room which was kept for such situations. However, they didn't want to tell the truth and instead insisted that booking.com had not sent this reservation to their software and they were actually so kind to try to find a way and accommodate us! The fact was that they had confirmed twice in their messages during the previous month that they had a triple room booked for me in the system! This is all unfortunate, but I thought I should share this with whoever needs first hand experience of staying in this hotel.
