Great large clean room very helpful staff perfect location

The room was big and clean and had everything inside that we needed, location was great and I have to say the lady on reception I’m so sorry i didnt get her name was extremely helpful in explaining what public transport we needed to get to central Paris her advise was perfect and we had a great time in Paris for the night

The only problem we had which did put a downer on the stay to begin with was the check in machine wasn’t working we were stuck for over 45mins trying to check in before the reception staff started their shift again

Clean and comfortable

Very clean. Good parking for EV vehicles. No noise. Staff arranging the breakfast is friendly and welcoming.

Check-in process is not so convenient. Although we paid in booking.com itself, city tax has to be paid separately at the check-in machine where four of our cards are not accepted. So we had to call the hepdesk and get it resolved.

Does the job.

Good enough for a pitstop on a long drive through France. I wouldn't necessarily stay there for longer than one night. Although, to be fair, it is only a 2star hotel, so in that sense, it has met expectations. Easy for an overnight stay with the kids.

Not that it's the hotel's fault, but its location meant there wasn't much in terms of family friendly food places within walking distance. The grill restaurant next door looked derelict and closed. We ended up driving somewhere further for children friendly places to eat.

Great location and lots of parking space which is great for visiting Paris when travelling with car. Very helpful staff, allowed us to check in very early. Overall, for a property that close to Paris, it is good value for the money paid.

My only criticism is the outside cleaning on the floors, although was good inside the room.

The location of the property was amazing, just under 30 minutes to central Paris in the car. There was a great restaurant next to the hotel, so it saved us time to look for food.

the shower cubicle was too small and floods the floor as glass shield too short the room was too small for 4 people the double bed had a loose wood that moved on every move and was noisy there was a leak, from the bathroom ceiling, extractor fan, that started the night before our departure day

the only good thing about this hotel room is the comfortable mattress.

no soap in the bathroom no extra towels no hand towels no internet no chairs. there was only one wooden chair in the room and that is not enough for 2 people. no coffee or tea No receptionist to make changes to my booking breakfast was not available for purchase

Run down place, full of mosquitos and spiderwebs in the outside. bed bugs, my wife is covered on bites.. Bathroom tiny and run down.

A nice and friendly place to stay

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room and bath was very clean. The room was really silent and never heard any noises. It is really close to Versailles Palace so if you plan a visit there, it is the best location to stay.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim. If you want to stay in the room during the day, it will seem really gloomy. If you are going with a car, please note that at night several Transporters occupied all the parking spaces. So either request the reception to somehow save a spot for you or be prepared to park out on the street.
