Nice and quiet hotel to relax from the hustle and bustle of Paris and not too far away from the city of Paris

Brilliant value, clean and well presented.

Great location and transport links. Able to get the bus from St Germaine-en-Laye to outside the hotel. Almost door to door! I liked the simplicity of how the hotel worked. Key pad for room entry and out of hours lobby entry. Works really well. The hotel was also quiet.

I couldn't fault the hotel. Everything I need for work purposes.

The hotel looks very nice. It was clean. The beds were good and pillows as well. Drink available at the reception with reasonable price.

There was no wardrobe in the room so our suits were in our suitcase all the time. The receptionist that was there during our check-in didn't speak english and was unfriendly. (But there was a totally different story at the morning when there was somebody else.). Our window was looking into inneryard and the dumpster near our window was dominating.

Part good and part poor. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Stay was OK, not happy one day the coffee machine breakfast time was not working correctly and after paying for breakfast one morning you ran out of egg.

Running out of eggs, the breakfast coffee machine did not work one morning—wifi was not a secure net and was very poor.

24 hour check in and garage, the room and bathroom were perfectly clean. For a night acceptable.

The receptionist was stressed from customers, the room was way too hot, the air conditioning hardly worked, and it was too noisy to open the window at night (room facing street). There is also no privacy when curtains are open. The location is rather ugly, not a place where you would want to walk much, right on busy city-highway. I wouldn't come back.

The location Close to place of interest

When i got to the hotel to check in, there was no staff receptionist. I was there for 1 hour calling out and phone ringing for someone to check me in. Money coins and dirty glasses were left at the counter. From the state how the reception looked like, i truly thought there was an emergency, and staff had to go in a hurry to respond to it. When the male staff finally decided to show, he stated that he was sleeping and did not hear me shouting or phone ringing. Staff was sleeping in the room behind the counter. The staff did not even apologize for his unprofessional behaviour. Website and booking.com stated it's a 24-hour reception desk. I was checked in, and once in my room, i went to use the toilet, and the toilet was dirty. I was very tired and truly did not want to speak to the rude receptionist This happened on Friday, 21st April, 2023 I got to the hotel just before midnight and was checked in after 1:15 am Prior to my arrival, i emailed the hotel to let them know I was arriving late.

Shower required a curtain or door as floor for very wet. Had to request more hand soap as our dispenser was empty. Kettle drink making facilities would be a bonus.

Was a lovely stay

Good value for money and nice and clean. However parking was an issue also there are mayor road work going on around the hotel at present but apart from that a pretty enjoyable stay
