1980s drab

Location good. Meeting facilities good.

Dont stay on a weekend. No warning that there would be no bar and no restaurant at all, all weekend so arrived and had to go walking the streets. Despite this room had no water supplied and a 1970s pair of instant coffee and whitener sachets. I was pretty much the only person there so they had the opportunity to upgrade me to compensate for no hospitality but I was put in a room from the 80s with non existent ac, no tv except French and a saggy bed with little space around it. Won’t be back unless I’m made to for a conference .

The hotel is so close to the subway and there is a direct line to Arc the Triumph! You get to Paris quickly .

scam for over 300 euro stay

hotel is far from the center of the city (20 minutes walk) and the restaurant is closed during weekends. there was noise during the early hours of the days (4 am), someone knocking or moving furniture

Superb

The room was more spacious than expected. A few minutes' walk from an RER station. I could go to the central Paris quite quick. The station has a good sports bar and a Snack Gare, which was also good.

Pleasant stay helpful staff

the room was large and had good facilities eg shower coffee making facilities. It was good to catch the train into central Paris. Activities for the children were ok in the lobby.

Overall the hotel

I liked the fact that the Metro was close the hotel so it was very easy to commute with children. Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable. I was with a friend so we were put next to each other which was great, it’s a good hotel with great location.

Breakfast needs to be improved. For 3 days we had the exact same things. Lacks variety.

Lack of food options at the hotel, but it did make us venture further to other amazing restaurants.

Ok hotel, poor customer service

Good size room, closer to train station, apart from first day the room was kept tidy most days. Direct train to Disneyland Paris. Nearby bakery has very good selection of pastries.

The receptionist(s) wasn't friendly after asking about dust on the room and for some cups. The room was very hot and the air-conditioning not at all working. The selection of tea/coffee is poor in the room. The shower is not convenient to use and is partially broken.

Passable

Staff was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Small supermarket (Franprix) within a 2 minutes walk, which was very convenient. Frigobar at the room. There restaurant where we had breakfast was quiet during the week between 9 and 10 but crowded on Sunday around 9 am.

Air conditioning not working in the room. When we complained, tge staff gently offered a fan. However, we prefered having the window open during the night. As I expected, a bit far from Paris: around 18 minutes from RER until Charles de Gaulle Etoile and from there you need to add the metro time needed to the place you want to go. It worked ok for us when going to Paris, but on the way back it was exhausting. Sometimes we opted for a cab ride on the way back.
