Convenient for sightseeing

Staff were friendly and superhelpful - gave us advice on how to get to various sites in Paris. The hotel had its own parking and was well situated for the RER.

Accommodation looks a little tired/well-used, rooms are small. If you are driving, worth noting there is a congestion charge (Crit Air) for the local area even though it's outside Paris - this needs to be arranged in advance of travel.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient

Staff need to be clear about times for breakfast. We were informed 7-10 by one member of staff and the next morning when we went at 9.15, we were informed they wished to start to clear the breakfast food at 9.30. Alsowe were not informed that on a week day breakfast stopped earlier. So please show / inform visitors re breakfast hours. On the other hand we were allowed to check out a few minutes after 12.

We expected more

The hotel is located in a calm residential area and not far away from a train stop. The air-conditioner was a big plus. As well as a private parking.

The condition of our room was below average. An additional lock on fenster was broken a shower head was broken and the drain in the shower was clogged. Although a cattle was in the room, cups were absent. No bottled water was provided in the room. A couple of times employees entered into the room without asking a permission when we were in. It was noisy early in the mornings. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Clean affordable place to stay.

Location was close to my brother’s house. I dropped my keys down the side of a built in cupboard on the morning of our departure. The lady on the front desk was very resourceful and after several attempts successfully retrieved them without me missing the ferry! Thank you MaGiver!

The air con was not switched on for the whole hotel, so the rooms were too warm when we had the unusually warm weather when we stayed

Good hotel for a layover during cartrip

Rooms as expected for the price we pay! The staffs are super helpful. We asked for 2 rooms next to each other, but 1 room smells bad and looks unventillated. So we asked to move and we go it. Location good, we took train to go to Paris city.

If you are looking for luxury. This is not your hotel. Perfect for a night layover but not more.

Very poor

We do not recommend the hotel. When you search for Paris, it appears as an option but it is extremely FAR from Paris and we depend on trains and taxis to reach Paris and the tourist attractions, making the trip more expensive and more tiring. The rooms weren't completely clean and room service doesn't change even used towels! Our friends and we do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! Breakfast had few food options, the things they had that were already few ran out and they didn't put more

Terrible hotel, far from everything, rooms stink of sewage and don't have good service.

I didn't like anything about this property.

The smell of sewage inside the room is unbearable, the floor in the room is a little dirty and the pillows also have a little odor. The breakfast didn't have many options and the service was not the most pleasant. The distance from the hotel to the center of Paris was a mistake. The hotel is super far from the center and tourist attractions, very bad location for us who came to Paris for the first time.

Suburban Paris base for your France road trip.

it’s a motel type property with rooms opening straight onto the car park, which was great for our road trip approach to Paris. The rooms were comfortable modern and a good deal for the area. The location is just about walking distance to the RER station on the A line, which is why we chose it. We were driving our UK car on a short France road trip and did not want to drive into the centre of Paris (and pay central Paris hotel costs plus parking) so a suburban base with access to a station was the way to go. It’s a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets, a steakhouse, Chinese, Japanese and fast food options all within 3 minutes walk. The location also led us to discover St Germain en Laye. It’s the next stop on the RER or a 10 Euro Uber ride for more upscale dining and a pretty town you’d otherwise not think of visiting.

the rooms are a little compact. we stayed three nights which is probably the longest you’d want to stay in a room of this size. a fridge (even a small one) would be a nice addition. There is a Lidl and a Carrefour within a 3 minute walk so it’s tempting to buy juice, beers, whatever but nowhere to store.

The bed spead, throwover and duvet has to be folded over when beds are made. Otherwise clients may lay on top of bed and not in bed.

Amazingly helpful

Fabienne was so kind and helpful. I was stranded in Paris with my new young dog after not making my train connection, caused by delays and strikes. I wasn't able to continue my travel by train because of strikes and had to fly home. Fabienne helped me find a travel bench for the dog and she also arranged for me to be picked up by Elvis, an amazingly kind taxi driver who would accept me and my dog (which is not a given at all in Paris) drive to the pet store to buy the bench and drive me to the airport afterwards. My situation was quite stressful and I was a bit desperate, not very familiar with Paris and my French not great. Both Fabienne and Elvis were amazing. They went the extra mile and more. As for the hotel itself: the room was good, very happy to be able to bring my dog, bed very comfortable, good shower. The breakfast was good too.

My room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Being with a young (big) dog, I had to carry him up and down the stairs several time. But this was a minor thing and would not have been a problem if I didn't have my dog. The street was a bit industrial looking, with a big storage space across the street.
