The friendly hosts! The Yard and the facilities in it! Outher shower. Lots of swings for the kids and not only :) Really good place for families with children. The beach is wonderful and it's REALLY close. No big rocks in it so no worries for the. feet. You have shades from big trees next to it. The room is better than the pictures. The room had comfortable beds. Big shower. Great parking for the car.

hotel has private, beautiful beach with lots of free things and we want to come back again.

private beach, silent environment, big parking space, secure, lots of toys and entertainment for the kids, free sunbed, umbrella and free CANOE+PADDLE. shallow and clear sand beach, every two day room has cleaned. always provided hot water. A/C was new and functional (without smell). room has also big sea viewing balcony. room has enough kitchenware and big refrigerator for 3 people. Also shocking news :) for food smells there is a extractor hood in kitchen. it was new and has clean filters. I think we will come back again.

due to previous bad comments we were skeptical but nothing come true. shower seems small yes but they dont hide it. we did not come to spend hours at bathroom. it was reasonably functional. for the dont like thing was mosquiotos, But room has mosquito repellent device and provide unused tablets.

Lovely property for a summer vacation

The whole property is beautiful and very wholesome. The rooms are big enough, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, the beach is very close, clean and private. Even at full capacity it didn’t feel crowded. The owners are very nice and helpful, and they made our stay even better.

The only drawback is that the rooms on the top floor can get a bit too warm, but there is ac to fix that.

We liked everything, the owners were extremely nice and helpful, the garden was wonderful and the "respect" beach was like a private beach, very quiet, clean with free umbrellas and sunbeds. This is a place for families and people who are looking for quiet place.

Perfect quiet beach getaway

Literally steps from the really beautiful beach, this lovely apartment complex is perfectly set up for friends and families looking for a simple, quiet, comfortable place to stay while getting to know this gorgeous part of the country. We weren’t travelling with kids but I imagine it’s heaven for children – the sea is warm, clear and shallow, very safe for little ones. I stayed with a friend, and our room had more than enough space for the two of us, with a little kitchen area, good air con, a compact clean bathroom, big balcony and a really stunning view of the sea and the hills. On the Friday morning a little bakery van pitched up so we could enjoy some pastries in the sun. From the minute we booked, Harry was the perfect host. He couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting our airport transfers, giving us advice on local restaurants and beauty spots, and even generously taking us on a little tour of the old village (a must-visit). With this friendly reception plus the family’s gentle dogs wandering around, the place really felt like home. Location-wise, it’s also excellent. The main stretch of beach bars and restaurants are a pretty 20-minute walk down the sand, or a 5-minute drive. The old village centre is also less than 10 mins drive, so you’re close enough to the “action” but far enough to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved it and would highly recommend!

The only drawback was one of our own making, because we didn’t hire a car, so for travelling further afield had to rely on cabs. But these were cheap and easy to come by, with restaurants more than happy to help with bookings, and most of the stuff we wanted to do was easily walkable.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the most perfect beach. The place provides beach chairs and umbrellas if you stay there. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming! Big beautiful yard, barbecue spots, clean and nice rooms, and balconies with an amazing view. Definitely one of my favorites now, definitely recommend to everyone!

The bathroom was tiny and a bit uncomfortable but it did the job in the end.

The apartment is comfortable and perfectly clean. The host is super nice and helpful. He dropped us at our bus when leaving. The location of the studios is at the end of the nikiti's beach, a bit apart from the city center, which makes it quiet. It is surrounded by gardens and directly facing a very nice and perfect beach for which equipments are furnished. Our stay there was perfect.

Great location, close to the beach.

location with direct access to the sea, own beach, free sunbeds from the property,the room has all the facilities, quiet area, there is covered parking for cars, large yard with greenery, there is even a place for volleyball, hammock in the yard,place for barbecue, terrace and in the yard and on the floor of the house for breakfast.

in 5 days it was cleaned only once.

A perfect place for a family vacation

This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The beach is just outside the fence of the property. It is ideal for children as the water is quite shallow there. You can also use the natural shadows of the pine trees in the garden. It is away enough from the beach bars area to be quiet. But the taverns are within walking distance. The people who run the place are nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the sapfo beach very much. The atmosphere is great and you can feel the passion of the owners for their work. :) the garden is amazing and the studios are a few feets from the beach. It is great for morning workouts and yoga as there is a lot of space and no people. We loved our balcony and our breakfast and dinner there. We really felt in love with Nondas, one of the dogs ❤ all in all we would definitely recommend staying there if you are looking for a quiet and nice place to relax. Thanks for all!! Relax and recharge next to the sea

Amazing place to relax, next to be beach and with a huge green yard! There is place for BBQ and lots of places to relax in the yard or on the beach. The city center can be accessed by foot (a nice walk next to the sea to get there). We stayed here in September and it was very peaceful and relaxing, the hosts also made us feel very welcome, we absolutely recommend it!

Good location, quiet, a few minutes from the lively center of Nikiti and the superb surrounding beaches, in a location surrounded by nature, surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, with plenty of fruit, a vegetable garden, chickens, honey produced locally by the owners, animals (chickens, sheep ...) and the owner's adorable dogs, ideal as an environment for children and also a nice little beach a few meters away. A traveling baker passes by each morning with fresh bread, milk and various filled bread rolls. The studio was ideal for a short stay with the family.

I liked vast garden with grill and natural shade in which you can enjoy during the hottest hours. House is on the beach with sunshades and sunbeds that you can use for free.

Beds are very uncomfortable and the manager is not very polite and doesn't tolerate children being a little bit louder which is inevitably if you have toddler.
