Das Haus ist sehr nah am Strand, in einer ruhigen Gegend, alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist gut.
Von der Beschreibung und den Bildern war nicht ersichtlich dass das Haus keinen eigenen Garten hat sondern Teil einer Anlage ist. Man ist nicht für sich und von den Nachbarn nicht getrennt. An sich war das kein Problem, nur konnten die Hunde den gesamten Aufenthalt nie frei rumlaufen, sie mussten entweder im Haus bleiben oder vor der Tür angeleint sitzen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, aber für die Hunde hatten wir eigentlich mehr freies Laufen vorgesehen.
