We had a great vacation in this villa. Most pleasant surprise - the beach was much better than expected. Many times I went for a swim bare foot - without towel or flip flops. No water shoes needed. The villa is located 50m after the 'more crowded' area of Nikiti and therefore quiet yet 15min walk to the marina. Parking was easy both during day and in the evening. Closest tavernas 2 minutes. Don't expect luxury (subjective!) but definitely clean and well equipped.
Mobile phone reception is poor in the area (general problem in some parts of Greece) and also the internet in the villa is on the slow side. If you plan to do work, check this topic with the hosts in advance to avoid stress! You need to clean after yourself because there are ants outside that may bother you if you leave them food.
