It was pleasant with potential

New and clean. The room was spacious minimal decoration and the bathroom and shower very big and comfortable. The host Konstantina was very polite and tried her best to make our stay comfortable. The what’s app message with the information about the check in .. the restaurant and beach recommendations was a good touch.

There was a mix up with the rooms and we didn’t get the room we booked with the pool view that was kind of disappointing but we did get a refund which we of course appreciated.. and showed professionalism. The pool hours are restricted and we ended up not using the pool. Also there was a small kitchen but did have the essentials . Recommendations: 1. Extension of the pool hours.. 2. Would be nice to be welcomed by someone..the air conditioning and lighting system was uncomfortable to figure. 3. Equipment for the kitchen since you have one makes sense . A bottle opener for example .. ice in the refrigerator and a cold fridge prepared for the check in. 4. Mosquito devices. 5 . Door knobs on the outside of the room door

A new hotel so it still experiences some construction issues, but the hosts are great

New facility, the hosts are very kind and welcoming. Although the rooms were suffering from bad smell , the hosts did all they could to help us, they even accommodated us in a different location for one night and gave us partial return on the full cost

There was some really bad smell from the AC and we had to move out . it was a very unpleasant experience.

Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location and a welcoming host.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The accommodation is new and well maintained, which made it very comfortable. The pool area is beautifully designed and a great place to relax. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of nice restaurants. The host was very nice, sharing restaurant and beach recommendations and being very open to our needs.

On the downside, it is close to the main road, so it can be a bit noisy at times. The storage space for clothes is also quite limited, though I really appreciated that the host was very responsive and provided extra hangers when asked.

In one word, Awesome!

Everything was great and met the exact expectations as were seen in the photos. We took the owners advice and each night went out on a different restaurant and by day on a different beach. It was spectacular! Thank you for a delightful holiday vacation!

Cosy en luxe appartement

Prachtig nieuw appartement, heerlijk grote en hoge ruimte, prima uitvalsbasis om naar strand te gaan.

Er wordt nog veel gebouwd in directe omgeving. Wij hadden er geen last van, maar hebben ook geen gebruik van zwembad en tuin gemaakt deze 2 dagen.

Vila este noua, are toate facilitățile necesare, este localizata aproape de plaja si are parcare proprie. Totul a fost la superlativ, curățenie desăvârșită, piscina foarte cocheta si foarte bine amenajata. Este foarte aproape de plaja, stațiunea este foarte animata, accesul la vila este din șoseaua principala, locatia este minunata. Camera este dotata cu mobilier ales cu bunul gust. Baia este imensa, cea mai mare pe care am văzut-o vreodată. Totul minunat!!!! Gazda foarte receptiva.

Bellissima struttura e camere ampie e moderne

Struttura nuova e fornita di tutto, camere ampie e ben organizzate, ottimo gusto nell’arredamento, silenzioso nonostante sia sulla strada principale,posizione comoda appena fuori dal centro di Nikiti. Veramente bella!

Está bien la verdad,creo que yo esperaba algo mejor…

La chica era muy simpática,nos ayudó con las perchas,porque la estancia era larga y había solo 6 perchas,somos 3 personas,el ropero era muy pequeño.La habitación era más bien para 2 personas por lo menos la que nos tocó.

Había una olor muy desagradable en la habitación. Luego entre las terrazas de los vecinos se ve todo.No hay separadores por lo cual es algo incómodo ver el vecino con ropa interior…

Super neu, sehr schöne Ausstattung und das Beste 2 Doppelbetten, dadurch etwas knapp für 3 Personen, aber komfortabel

Direkt an der Hauptstraße, sehr sehr laut und auch staubig. Schwimmbad nicht zu verwenden und wenig grün.
