Royalty Suites Loft

We had a pleasant stay at Royalty Suites Loft. The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and well equipped, and overall it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. What we liked: - The apartment is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. - It is well equipped and has everything you generally need for a pleasant stay. - Two complimentary bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful welcome gesture. - The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially the person who assisted us with check-in. - We were kindly allowed to check in earlier than the regular 3 PM check-in time. - We had no problem arranging an early check-out, which was very convenient for us. - The balcony was pleasant, and with the awning it was comfortable to sit and eat outside.

Things that could be improved: - The bathroom needs some minor maintenance. The bidet leaks water onto the floor, the shower cabin also lets some water out, and the toilet continues to run for a while after flushing. - The door handle was loose/broken, although we managed to adjust it so that it worked properly during our stay. - There is no soap dish in the bathroom. - The kitchen was generally well equipped, but kitchen towels/cloths and paper towels were missing. When we asked, the staff kindly provided us with an extra roll of toilet paper to use for this purpose. - We noticed some ants in the kitchen. - There is no proper dining area inside the apartment, so eating indoors is not very convenient. - The air conditioner had a slightly unpleasant smell when turned on, and its display indicated that the filter needed to be replaced. - The cleaning ladies knocked on our door every morning, even though we often stayed in the apartment until around noon. It would be more convenient if guests could indicate their preferred time for cleaning. - Regarding check-in, we were told that the apartment might be ready around 1 PM, although the regular check-in time is 3 PM. When we arrived around 1 PM, the apartment was not yet ready. We were able to enter at around 2:40 PM, so in the end we checked in slightly before the official check-in time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable and spacious, and the kindness of the staff was definitely one of the highlights of our experience. With a little more attention to maintenance and a few small practical details, it could be an excellent place to stay.

We got a room with a nice terrace, cleaning was ok except for terrace where the furniture was dirty. Reception staff was on point and friendly. We could get a good rest during the night, we had all we needed in the room which is important. And the location is accessible and in a safe area.

The room 506 needs some maintenance: - the shower head is spreading water in all directions - the bathroom doorknob was getting out and you got stuck with it in the hand very often - the blackout “courtains” were making huge bagns when activated - after few days, we got some noisy people on floor higher and this was disturbing

Everything, loved the apartment, great size, very well maintained and furnished, kitchen, balconies, great AC, great shower, great location close to town center and the beach. Easy check in and welcoming staff, great value for money. Best accommodation we stayed in Sitonia.

Nothing really, all was great. But I'll recommend to install a full length mirror.

Location was good. Parking is easy.

There was never anyone at the reception. They left room keys on the table for us to find by ourselves. Extra pillows in the room did not have any cases. We asked for some pillow cases but they never came. Shower doors did not close properly. Fridge in the room was extremely noisy.
