Good quality of furniture, electric sun shade on terrace and blind shutters, there is everything you need for self catering. Excellent mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels of high quality. Nice staff and cleaning daily. Any issue raised it’s solved shortly. Very close to the beach.

Some guests does not respect the silence on the quiet hours(noon and night). Some updates needed on the property policies and information for guests related to quiet hours and pets.

Great accommodation, very good location, highly recommended!

Great experience! We arrived at 2 AM in the morning and we called the host on the phone, the number was clearly visible at the reception. The room was very nice and comfortable. Great value for the money we've paid.

The walls are a bit thin and this may be a problem if you have noisy neighbors.

Great location with everything you need

Great location 2 minutes walking to the sea, 10 minutes walking to the promenade with restaurants, great room with big comfortable bed and big balcony with sea view. Kitchen equiped with everything you need. Parking with security cameras, quiet area. You can serve the breakfast or coffee on the nice balcony while looking at the sea. On our arrival we received 2 small waters and a red wine from the house. Thanks Tatiana for making our stay so comfortable! Definetely will come back again.

- Location in Nikiti

- The hotel has offered me laundry services for 7 euros per little bag. They completely destroyed my clothes (worth of 1000 euros): all of them have been washed at 90 degrees and became small. - The hotel ignores my demands and does not respond to my messages on the above topic. Take your responsibilities and make a commercial gesture when you destroy someone's garderobe. - The shower was broken, and no hot water

I would not recommend. Expensive accommodation and not worth the money. The employees are liars.

Upon our arrival we were put in a room on the ground floor which smelled of moisture. A woman who is an employee checked and saw for herself the smell. They asked us to stay one night in that room and the next day they transferred us to another room. We accepted her proposal. Next day we had a problem again. There was no electricity, the air conditioner did not work, the refrigerator started to melt. It was too hot in the room and we couldn't sleep all night. When we asked for help at the reception, we received information that they could not do anything. The next day they apologized and told me I would get cashback for one night. They did not refund my money, they exposed me and the other guests. Attached is a screenshot from an email with a front desk employee who promised me cashback.

We had a room with a nice view, but every day the power supply was turned off

First of all, we had a room with a nice view and fairly new renovation (thank you Booking, because thanks to the loyalty program we were given such a room). Second, we had a good location, and it was possible to leave the car near the hotel.

Unfortunately, the electricity was turned off every day. We contacted the hotel manager, to which she replied that it was a problem with the power supply in the village itself. It was very uncomfortable because when the power supply was turned off, the air conditioner did not work, and in such heat it was impossible to stay in the room.

Big room and clean. Location is good, about 5 minutes walk to the main street, so it gets very quiet

The front desk person is not there, you need to reach out via whatsapp and wait a while. There was an electricity problem in the village and I couldn't get a hold of them to understand what was happening

Excellent location, equipment and size of the suite, amazing sea view, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, parking place.

Found an overbooking error during check-in = the paid suite with a sea view was not available for the 1st night. The staff readily provided another room in the basement and snack boxes. The room had no sea view, with musty cupboards in which we did not store anything. I consider the above to be a minus, despite the attitude of the staff, it is a matter of discomfort. The second minus for us is the absence of liquid soap in the bathroom, detergent and dish towels.

Pleasant

For a price of 160 euro per night there was not even some hand soap in the bathroom, so forget about toiletries, soap, & shampoo. Air-conditioning revealed with automatic shut down after ten minutes meaning you had to get up and turn it on every now and then.

The location of the hotel is great. It is located really close to the main street with all the restaurants but is in a quiet area. The rooms are great - very clean and comfy with a balcony with chairs and a table so you can rest there.

Getting the keys was a bit odd because there are two receptions and only one guy working on them so you have to call in order to meet him/her. The first few times when we called the telephone was off so we dialed Viber and we managed to connect. Also, the handle of the shower was missing and in order to wash yourself, you have to hold the shower with no option to put it on the wall.

Wifi was not working at all, really bad signal, tv only had local channels only, keep losing signal, pictures of the apartment didn’t make sense because there were too many pictures for one room, so we didn’t know exactly what we are getting (patio pictures were not of our apartment).

Disappointing

Really good view to the beach and to the sea side.

No communication about serious and major changes on my booking. The 2two bedroom studio apartment I was paying for, was one of the most expensive in Nikiti, and it was in a building which was not functioning. The building was closed! On our arrival I was notified for this major changes by the authority. For no reason this was not communicated to me on time, even I did the payment earlier. We were accommodated in completely different building, in a single studio, in conditions, in which I was not able to sleep, really hot space due to the vertical open architecture. Air-conditioning was in less than 2 m from the bed on 2nd floor. Basic cleaning assets like soap was not provided, and even I asked the facility receptionist - she said "no, we don't have". I saw really 0 = motivation for cooperation. After discussing with property manager about the problems, she apologized, but charge me, about 140 euro for the night ... Next day, under a bit pressure, I found beautiful place, with perfect conditions, for less price for me and my family.

Location was excellent, in a quiet area, front sea, few minutes from marina, bars and restaurants. Everything was clean, staff was helpful and room was big. Kitchenette include everything you need for preparing coffee, breakfast or dinner. Cold breakfast was also included in the room rate.

The rooms were over our expectations, the beds are really comfortable, the stuff very nice and helpful, everything perfect.

It exceeded our expectations

Host Alexandros is really polite and friendly, providing all the help you need. Rooms are excellent, containing all necessary applications. Location of the hotel is away from loud music, but close to the beach, main road for night walks and several nice restaurants and markets. Marina is doing a perfect job keeping the rooms clean and making sure you have clean sheets, new towels and ensuring that you get your breakfast box on time.
